Section 9 arbitration and conciliation act, 1996

I need judgments to support my plea in a case where in a contract (having arbitration clause), terms and conditions are not fulfilled, Application U/s 9 is moved for praying grant of Injunction order (not to terminate contract and not to give contract of construction to other vendor). Injunction cannot be ordered by court in such case where terms are not fulfilled by party claiming injunction order.
Thanks..

What actions are necessary to keep private limited company alive

Hi, I started a private limited company 2(in Year 2011)years back and plans didnt work at that time and my venture didnt fly. There were no financial transactions in these 2 years and I didnt submit any IT returns in due period.

Now, I do see chances that some work can be started under this company.

Question 1:
Do I need to start any process with Government to see if my company is alive there? Or actions necessary every year to keep company alive in case no work is happening.

I checked on mca.gov.in and I dont have any login details to get into the system

Question 2:
People who had helped me to register my company are not in touch right now, even for my Director info page, their email id is mentioned. How can I replace it with my email id?

I would sincerely appreciate if you can help me to be on right path.

Thanks in advance.

Loan agreement- who keeps the original?

Hello Experts,

A loan agreement needs to be registered between a private limited company (borrower) and one of its shareholders (lender). Both the borrower and lender want to keep the original agreement since they want something which is legally enforceable through court.

What should be done? Can a notarized copy be enforced in the court? I think the lender normally keeps the original, whereas the borrower gets a copy. What could be done so both the parties have a legally enforceable document (valid in court)?

Thank You in advance
