what i do if after making High seas sale agreement buyer is not willing to performance agreement means he is not ready to pick the material from port due to this material is on port and the same time Port rent also charging to me.... what i do to getting port goods

I would like to register a partnership deed for my company and wanted to know what is the procedure for the same ? I am based in Gurgaon and also would I have to register in Delhi or Haryana ? What are the charges for the same ?

Dear Experts,
A person stolen my signed cheque from my house who is my relative and presented the Cheque in his bank account and amount has been transferred in to his account from my account immediately the bank officials re-transferred the amount to my account as the amount mentioned as 6,90,000/- and in words the person mentioned as SIX LAKHS NINETEEN THOUSAND hurriedly. now the person filed a case u/s 138&142 of N.I.Act.Is it tenable in the court of law.of course i too filed a cheating case aganist the person u/s 378 &420 of IPC before filing by him.Is it better to file QUASH petition before high court.kindly advice.

Dear sir/madam,
I am postpaid user of Airtel mobile company. and I want Incoming call and SMS details from company for last month. For that i called to customer care. But they reject my demand by telling me that the incoming calls are free, that's why company cant give the details of incoming calls. Will you please suggest me how can i get such details from company.
Its Urgent and very important....

My client wants to convert unregistered partnership to Limited Liability Partnership.
Whether stamp duty is attracted on tranfer of assets on newly incorporated LLP on conversion.

Right of unsecured creditors before bifr.
Dear friends,
A Sick Industrial Company had prepared a Draft Rehabilitation Scheme (DRS) and presented it before BIFR for its approval. An unsecured creditor filed and application before BIFR requiring that Company had not incorporated its dues in the said DRS and accordingly the said DRS has to be declared as incomplete and a fresh DRS should be filed by the Company with incorporating of theirs dues.
Friends, let me know that whether unsecured creditors have right for any such types of application or can BIFR pass a declaratory order that contention of unsecured creditors is right and directed to company to file new DRS with incorporating dues of unsecured creditors.
Please share yours view with supporting of landmark case laws.
