Dear Sir,
I haven't seen an expert in these forums on this particular topic, answers to my earlier questions have been generic.
I defaulted on 3 credit cards from 3 different banks as I was jobless. I settled these cards in December 2011. 2 Banks stopped reporting it to CIBIL after the amount was settled. One bank continues to report it to CIBIL even to this date. And they say they will continue to report until the waived off amount is paid.
My question is
1. How long can they continue to report to CIBIL even though the account is settled.
2. How is that 2 banks stopped reporting and 1 continues to report. Is there different regulations for different banks.
I ask this question because CIBIL maintains the record of a closed account only for 7 years after the bank has stopped reporting. But the third bank will continue to ruin my credit score till the time I am alive.
Please help.

Please let me know which authority i need to apporach for starting a hospital in Gujarat or which is the mother legsilation under which Hospital are covered like Shop and Establishment, Clinical Establishments etc.

Dear Sir
We are using WDV Depreciation Method as per our Accounting Policy. Going forward also, we will be using same method of WDV for depreciating the asset. Below given is one example to understand the issue-
Asset Cost=22942
Date placed in service= 01st Nov 2009
WDV 40%
NBV as on 31-03-2014= 2482
Now, as per revised Rule (effective 01-APR-2014), this asset useful life is 6 years from date placed is service and salvage value will be 1147/-. We want to know what should be calculation methodology to depreciate the carrying amount of NBV 2482 over the remaining life of the asset using WDV method of Depreciation?

Partnership firm builder insists that sale deed of flat wil be signed by one managing partner on behalf of firm. There is no power of attorny by all partners nor authority in partnership deed for such signing of sale deeds by single partner. Bank insisting power of attorney by all partners in favour of sigle signing partner or else that all 15 partners to execute sale deed. Please guide.

we are village community group and giving a micro loans to farmers and other people in our village for more than ten years for that we get small subscription from our people ( all subscriber are members of our village group )on weekly basis and lend them based on their subscription amount for ten installment for that we charge interest ,and end of the year we repay ourselves the subscription amount with some interest accumulated through this . we want to take up this next level and want form this a registered entity to whom we approach and get registered.

what is the difference between offer of securities & invitation to subscribe securities ?
my focus word are:
1)offer of.
2)invitation to subscribe.
are they giving the same meaning or something different.????
if both are giving the same meaning then why using different word for the same meaning in the same sentence?
here is the sentence:
"private placement" means any offer of securities or invitation to subscribe securities to a selected group of persons by a company.......................

Registration of art classes?
I teach art on small scale. Art includes... drawing, painting, etc and sale them too but no bill is issued.
I take special handwriting improvement classes
And I am graphologist. I have no degree or certificate of that but I have developed from my passion and practising from last 8 yrs. Now i am starting coaching centre for students of commerce and std 4th to 10th. I want to know is registration is compulsory? As ITR is to be filed only after income extends limit of . minimum income not chargeable to tax.
P.s. asking for Maharashtra state.
