We have file Company Summons for Directions in High Court. The order isn't uploaded yet.
Now we have prepared the Petition
Do we have to submit petition on behalf of all transferor and transferee companies
Or one petition on behalf of applicant transferee company would suffice.

1) Is there a minimum service required to issue the experience certificate?
2) for Non-performers whether company can terminate them without any notice and pay?

sub-company dose not pay my salary/bonus/leave incashment
Dear sir,i am working a pvt company two years.last three months salary may 2014 to july 2014 dose not pay.now i am case in labour court,company agree to payment three months salary and bonus.not any retrechment
and leave in cash no other benift.i am worked out station raigarh chatishgarh site.company not termineted me.if company dose not pay my salary .icome his branch office dose not sign in register,
please god suggection give me.

Hi,
I was working for a digital media company (ABC). Under payroll of company ABC.
I got another opportunity in Company XYZ. I served 30 days’ notice period for company ABC as per my employee agreement and my employer ABC accepted my resignation.
However now my company ABC is not providing me Full and Final Settlement.
They are saying that couple of my advertiser are not paying the amount because of that they hold my F&F.
I discussed with my advertiser they said they were not happy with the campaign performance and ABC Company sent a legal notice to then.
I am suffering bcoz as a sales man I was involve. Though in my offer letter it was not mention that my salary or my F&F settlement depend on P&L for the company.
Please let me know in this case, how I should get my full and final settlement and what all options I have. It has been more than a month and I am still struggling to get my F&F settlement.

Hi,
I want to know that I left my company on an immediate basis. I have acceptance letter from that company but I have not serve notice period. So I that case can company withhold my last month salary and releiving letter. As they are told me that they will not do FNF for me as you have not serve notice period. But I am already relieved from the company then on what basis I can go back and serve the notice. I have worked in that company for more than 1 year.

I was filed summary suit against. Company ,compNy was filed appliacation in BIFR. and court passed stay order .now I want to know if we go for Bifr for take a permission against stay order.I.e we can able to start case.

Bank gave loan Rs.18 lakhs to purchase diesel generator under Hypothecation agreement .Party has removed the generator set .Now it is not traceable.Can the bank initiate proceedings under RDDBFI Act or is it sufficient to file original suit i civil court for recovery of money Pls advise
