hello sir ...i want to know that the college which come under the CLAT they only offer the course law 5 yr or also offer the law 3 yr course ..because i search all college website which come under the CLAT but i didnt get thru in it .... as i know college under the CLAT ...that;s really good ....out of that i dnt know which college is best for law 3 yr .....so can u plz help me out to providing the knowledge

Who can sign in MOA & AOA of a Pvt /Public Ltd company as witness against a foreign subscriber in the subscriber's Column?
Can a govt/Pvt employee(full time worker) act as a managing director of Pvt /Public Ltd Company?

Respected all,
I am Second Year Student of LLB ,as a part of project submission practical training I need to to submit overview on one state legislation and one central legislation.
I have selaected Maharashtra Devdasi System (abolition) Act -2005 as I seriously want to throw light on this system .
However ,I am not able to find same on web ,can somebody provide me link to this act or entire text.

Enrollment at Delhi
I have been living at Tamilnadu
My educational qualification is
S.S.L.C. + 3 years Diploma (Approved by State Techical Board) + M.A degree from open university after that i got valid law degree from Ambedkar Law University which has been regonised by BCI and UGC
can i enroll at Delhi Bar council because I want practise at Delhi
Any body help me regarding this matter
