An owner (A) of the flat puts an ad on paper tht he intends to sell his flat on ownership on 'as is where is' basis. d intrested person(B) goes to meet the owner and aftr prelimnary discussion A refuses to sell the flat without any reason though B is willing to but the flat.Plaintiff (B) contends in his suit tht A has given a public offer so A is bound to transfer the said flat to him but the owner (A) contends tht the ad is not a offer.
Can advertisement on a newspaper b termed as an offer??

i have completed cs in this feb, i want a very good combination course with cs so that i will get a very good placement after that , i m also persuin g llb , i have already done much hardwork to find a firm for good articleship of 15 months with good stipend in delhi etc but difficult to find it plz hellllllllllllllllllllllllp meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

Respected Sir,
I am a ca students. recently i have joined a ca firm. My boss there has registrered himself in just dial. He gets a message on his mobile for the people who require ca. Then my boss gives me his no.ie the person who had send the message on his mobile. He ask me to talk with that person regarding his requirements. To undertsand his requirements and then we have to ask him to wait for few min . Then my boss give that person call and talks to him. There is nothing illegal in this, i have a question whether all other CA also follow this practice. I just want to know that.I dont want any crime to be done by me.
