Dear Sir,
On 25 April, 2010 there was the typing test of LDC Exam 2009 of the condidates who was successfully selected from Written test.
I was the one among these.. Sir, on that date..typing test exam must had been held for 10 min in the first session ( in sant nirankari school, nirankari colony).. but we all students ( approx. 2000 students ) had given just 5.25 min. ..after it all the students including parents did call to police and the then the related judge , who had come for test...said there must be a new revise test but he did not return our first wrong typing anwer sheet... when we check the result which is declared yesterday, i got we all the student who have given exam in first session become failed and our first typing test answer sheet ( of 5.25 min. ) is counted.....Sir, thats not fair....
i had done a very much hardwork for this exam
please check this fraud....and help us..
for this you can check result on internet ( delhi district court ).

I have just cleared LLB Degree, I wish to start practising and hence I need to register with Bar council of State. There is a clause in the form that if you are above 26 years of age and.
1. If you have not engaged in any service or business. you need to give an affidavit.
2. If you have engaged in business or trade etc you need to submit releving letter etc.
I am a director of a company and legally company is a separate legal Entity. Can I register in bar council.Now in my case whether point 1. hereinabove will be quicker or point 2. and which one is advisable

Subsequent to a partnership deed between certain parties, an agreement is made between the same parties. Then a dispute arises with regard to the Agreement. The Agreement does not have an arbitration clause but the partnership deed does. Can one revert to that arbitration clause for the purpose of the Agreement?

X,a company, has been dealing with,K,the state government with regard to a project. Subsequently the state government has given the project to Y a private company, and all the dealings are now done with them. In a suit now, can the state government also be made a party to the claims that are being raised by X.

Can an employment contract be subsequently changed by the employer, unilaterally, to the disadvantage of the employee, like reducing his salary or perks etc.?

my name is avnish tiwari.i belong to nayak(obc)caste.i am living in madhya pradesh since 26 years.my origin state is uttar pradesh . my father is railway employee.my caste is mention as a brahmin in school record bcoz my surname is written "tiwari".but realy i belong to nayak caste of uttar pradesh.my mother and father are borned in u.p. but i borned in mp and completed my 5th,10th and 12th from MP. i have no benfit of reservation. i have all india obc certificate from UP.now i want the obc certificate from MP.can i get obc certificate from MP on the basis of all india certificate?and how?plz help me.its urgent.
