Dear members,
While writing a defination of someting as per law in an exam, it is very difficult to write exactly. Example, In an exam question comes as, write a defination of "Customer" as per CCI act 2002?
What is best way of writing? Need your suggestion.

being a fresh law graduate i am practicing in district and sessions court Bhubaneswar as a lawyer since last 3 years now i want to do PGDIPR course (post graduate diploma in intellectual property rights) from IGNOU for getting job in Delhi in legal field so it is request to the club members to suggest me whether PGDIPR is enough for me or side by side i will do any other course for the betterment of my job?

I have completed my Btech (IT) - regular -anna university and doin my MBA - corres - in madras university. I m running a company, i m facing many legal issues so i wanna do Law.
I dono the way but i can do only in distance education . I hav searched.
Annamalai univ offers BGL .. is this gud?
Any other univ offers LLB in corres?

help help ..regarding my last query of fraud in LDC Clerk typing test exam
sir today ...i had gone to tis hazari court..and met with public information officer, tis hazari court...and gave a application to him...but i am shocked when he said that..more than 5000 students have given this application but he is bound to give us information..i,e,. he will not give us the required information about like copy of answer sheet..and marks sheet etc..he will just said no and said meet me after 30 days....he cant do so...and now i am helpless ....plz advice me again what i should i do now..
