Sir, I am a ex serviceman. I got PG degree M.A (Pub Admn) and PGDPM&IR from Annamalai University in OUS stream on 1999. Now I have appeared GP II exam in TNPSC. Now they ask me UG certificate for further processing of recruitment. I came to know that those who are obtained PG degree in open university stream will not be considered for recruitment. What about the earlier GO issued by Govt of TN regarding approval of OUS degree for recruitment process vide their GO No 216 dt 26.6.97. Please guide me if I rejected due to my OUS Degree.

Hi myself Noor khan. i would like this thing to bring to your kind attention that i came down to Bangalore in the month of july as i was invited by one of the institute named GEMS B school, for taking admission in MBA in july batch 2010.
It was after paying my first installment out of the eight installment that we need to pay as per trimester system of Rs.55150 with all the reciepts they told me that the seats are full and they have shifted me to september batch.Till date i have not filled up any admission form to get officially enrolled in the institution. They have taken affiliation from some university of london named, south asia university which later i come to know that it is not recognised in U.K.
Now after waiting for more than 3 months i have taken my name off from the institution and they are not ready to give my money back as they said money would get refunded if not get enrolled.
So please kindly advice for the same and do me the needful.
You can contact me on this number 09741380754.Eagerly waiting for your reply.
