I am studying LL.B 1st year, I failed in one subject in my 1st year. Now the ccs university(meerut) is not allow me to continue my studies in 2nd year. And the university tell me to study the 1st year once again and write all examinations of the 1st year once again.
Any one please help me to get admission in 2nd year through sending the related G.O/Notifications/Court Order.

Dear all,
Please explain the difference between the rule of reasonable interpretation & rule of beneficial interpretation i.e. mischief rule. The reason behind this question is that in both the rules, the basic theme is to see the intention of the legislature. Further, the applicability criteria is also same.
Kindly throw some light on the same.
