Disclosure of Question Paper of CFA Exam conducted by CFA institute America

In December 2010 I appeared for the CFA Level 1 exam in Greater Noida. The exam went brilliant but I did not get marks anywhere near my expectancy and was not able to clear the exam, the result was out yesterday i.e 25th Jan 2011.

I have recently heard of a Delhi high court verdict against AIIMS to disclose the question paper against RTI Act.

Is their a way I can use RTI Against CFA Institute America for disclosing the question paper and answer sheet.
( CFA was once banned by the govt. for helding any examinations in India, only after last year Delhi High court allowed CFA Institute to conduct exams in India they are doing so.)

Also if in future can we carry out the question paper of the exam ?( Am I correct in regards to Delhi high court verdict.)
