Before joining llb Iwant to se environment in courts right upto high court at least

I am about 23 years old, female, graduate in science. I am going to do llb in out city.

But before I chose to finally take admission, once I want to go and see what all happens in Courts completely.

I want to go to all types of courts like taluka court, district court and high court.

I went to district court, but could not go inside any court room.

I live very near to Mumbai.

Am I allowed to see the court cases inside and how judge and lawyer talk there.
Its all crowded.

This is a big decision for me.

Also the moment I take admission, I want to look for some part time job with some lawyer.

Can a student start going to court to get experience of all environment?

Do such students get any voluntering type jobs in courts directly and some suitable work experience at any senior lawyer.

Is there any entry/muster to enter into any courtrooms to watch the scene there.

Return of certificates for discontinued course

My wife R.Jayanthi, enrolled for LLB(part time) course in Seshadripuram Law College, Bangalore University, Bangalore in 1998. She could not attend even a single day due to her other house occupations, though complete payment for the year was paid. The college is refusing to give the certificates back saying that the payments for all the three years are to be paid for collecting the certificates.

I have read in the newspaper somewhere that as per the ruling of the court, the colleges have to give back the certificates without having to pay the fee for the rest of the years, in case of discontinuing the studies.

She is unable to make use of the certificate to proceed further, kindly help me get the court ruling to get back the certificate.
