Ctc covers only the judgements of cases related to tamil nadu

CURRENT TAMIL NADU CASES (CTC) COVERS ONLY THE JUDGEMENTS OF THE CASES FROM TAMIL NADU OR ALL IMPORTANT DECISIONS OF THE SUPREME COURT IN CASES FROM VARIOUS STATES..?

Llb correspondence/evening

To All

Sir,
Since AIBE has been introduced for practice then why BCI does not allow LLB by Correspondence/evening class?
as "Ignorance is law is no excuse" then for the above case PIL may be maintainable or not? or who can put? only lawyer or common man?

Thanks
