Sir,
Since AIBE has been introduced for practice then why BCI does not allow LLB by Correspondence/evening class?
as "Ignorance is law is no excuse" then for the above case PIL may be maintainable or not? or who can put? only lawyer or common man?

I am a practicing advocate since 2004,i have completed Bocm llb. and now i am looking to do master degree in law.pl guide me to choose between my home university which is saurashtra uni. and national law universities .is there any difference regarding future prospects between these university?

I am getting pension RS3500 without DR. Now workin in PSU (nuclear power corporation).I am a group B employee. My grade pay is rs4600 and BAND PAY is RS 16440 and DA is RS12203 and different other allowances like newspaper allowance, canteen subsidary, charge holding, family planning, OVERTIME ALLOWANCE.
MY total salary is about 7LAKHS PER ANNUM including all allowance and without allowances its less than 5lakhs per annum. My question is whether my son will be getting NATIONAL OBC certificate by (NCBC) NATIOANL COMISSION FOR BACKWARD CLASS?
