My name in 10th marksheet printed as K RANJITH after completing SSLC my father changed my name in Gazette as R K RANJTH and my name in 12th marksheet appeared as R K RANJITH and in my college and other documents like Aadhar card I have changed my name. Will it be a problem in my future when I am going to Job? Do I have to change my name in 10th marksheet and is this possible?

Dear sir/madam,
I have applied for charecter certificate through UPCOP mobile application. By mistake, I have mention my present address same as permanent address. But both are different, 20 km away and have different local police station.
Then I applied for new charecter certificate request with both correct address.
But previous is not cancelling.
Will I have to pay penalty for fill wrong address in previous????
I had my Supplementary exam online. But my college faculty didn't allow me to sit in the exam. I had filled online supplemantry form and paid money to them i showed them the payment receipt but they were saying that your form was not submitted with us (the payment link opens when we submit the form isn't is obvious) they didn't allowed me to sit in exam. I mailed vice chancellor and the exam co-ordinators but no one responded... After that director of institute and HOD said that we can do nothing it's not our fault...
Can i file a case against them

Sir I my graduation year was 2008-11 ,but I joined defence service in Dec 2010,at that time I had completed 2 two and half years of graduation, after completion of my training approached my college examination department and they told that I can appear for examination as back paper examination so, I appeared for third year of my graduation and completed my graduation in July 2012, please kindly comment is valid as UGC or legal point of view.
KSLU is said to be recognized by BCI and UGC as well as it is established by Karnataka Govt. During the present Covid-19 situation the State Govt has ordered for cancellation of examinations whereas the BCI has issued guidelines for conducting examinations. So which is the ruling body for the KSLU. BCI ?? Karnataka Govt ??

I am not understanding evidence law. I am trying now and then but I don't know why I am not able to understand it maybe it's because of language or there can be other reasons too. Help me.
My college is charging ₹1,85,000 for the coming semester which would be going to be completely online. There would be no infrastructure expenses(electricity, labs, maintenance ...) in this semester, yet rather than decreasing the fee, they increased it by ₹10,000 from last semester.
When asked to give fee break up, they also denied it.
What should I do?
Doing a regular degree with gds job
If I somehow manage to complete a regular degree alongside my GDS job (Government Job) and later get a job which requires this new degree. In this instance can I resign from the previous job and join the new job? And will I be asked any questions regarding the degree, from my new employer ? And also will I be requiring a NOC ?
