Sir I have taken admission in LLB programme of 2009-12 course in a college affilated by sagar university.
according to schedule in may 2012 there should be my 6th semester..but dont know why only 3 semester is completed even result of third semester is pending...
people are gosspinig that there is university and college dispute thats why exams are not conducting...
I am really in tension as its my question of career what should I do...
Can I take any legal action against college...
please do suggest me..

Hello sir,
I am Mehul Makwana. My younger brother Prakash is studing 1st year MCA at SVIT, Vasad. He want to stop study and want to do job. therefore he gave application to the priciple of the college but he refuse to accept the application and demanding full fee of next two year which is 1 lac rupees to cencel his admission. now bigger problem is they have all original certificates of academics and college refused to give them back to my brother. now my brother is very upset he has complained to GTU but college is delaying the process. we are feeling helpless. I want to know what kind of legal action we can take against college.
please give your guidance to solve the matter as soon as possible.

i am working in school they are deducting pf from my salary for 12 month ,and contra to that they are getting a contract signed by us for 11 month ,and they are not deducting tds from salary,is this right

My daughter is studying in 3rd standard. She is not very good at studies as she is slow at writing. The prinicipla and the class teacher of St Teresas school ECIL, Hyderabad has detained the child. They have not helped the child cope up in class till now and they behave rudely with the child. The Pricipal Sr. Joncy and the class teacher Mrs. Nirmala are very rude to the students and also to the parents. They treat them very shabbily. This is not the case with only our child. This is the way they behave with other students from classes too. In the torture list a senior teacher Mrs. Della is also a teacher who torture students and parents. Now what should we do so as to help my child from facing humiliation and mental trauma.
Please advise
