x entrusted his car to a mercantile agent for sale at a stated price not below that. the agent sold it to y below that price and misappropriated the proceeds. y resold the car to z. x came to the court and alledged that as ther car was sold below stated price hence it amounts to breach of contract and such valid title cannot be passed to y and in turn z would not be entitled to get valid title. your view

Hello Sir, I am doing my MCA through distance education mode from Madras University 2008-2011. I have completed my completed 3years of course.
University has sent a letter asking me to pay the fees for all 3years. With a reason asking to produce the bill copy if paid.
I have bill copy only for the 3rd year. I have misplaced rest of the bills. When I approach University they don’t have a single record of payment which I have paid.
University officials easily trying to escape simply blaming on me that I have not paid fee for all these years and forcing me to pay with fine.
They even know registration number for exam and ID card will not be issued without paying 1st year fee, but they are not willing to accept. Most of the students have come across the same issue with this university recently since they haven’t maintained their record properly.
Please help me with your suggestion.

I am complete my Graduation in 2012 from KKHSOU (Distance Education Course) and my date of Birth is 30.09.1981 as per my School records and my actual Date of Birth is 30.09.1983 as per Local Municipal Board Certificate now my query is that can i join LLB Course for Practice Taxation as ITP
Please also tell me detailed procedure of becoming LLB.

I want to know the eligibility for the Judicial services exam , as i am a final year student of LL.B. and exams will be started from this month from Rajasthan University, Jaipur. Can i apply for the exam this year....i am 24 yrs. old...........if yes pls provide me the exam date or last date for the application submitted.........

i, rajeev kumar ,wants to know that my father name in jkbose is gaya prassad sah gupta .
