Dear Sirs, My hubby is doing his BL from Kadapa open university. He is in his first year now. I am thinking to gift him a book on his bday related to law, viz., legal dictionary / some reference books / all-in-one book etc. He finds difficult to understand some legal terms hence thought to buy dictionary (Engligh-Tamil). Will this be useful ? or should i get him some reference books which will be useful for everything. I need your help in this regard. Please suggest some good books along with publication/author/cost which will be very helpful for me to decide. Thanks in advance.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm doing M.L(Constitution) in Govt. Law College, Tirunelveli. Now I would like to study about criminology. I have heard that M.L(criminology) is provided by University of Madras in Private Study and there is no need to go to class at university.Only 10 days PCP (Personal Conduct Class) is enough. Can I join in Pvt Study, when I'm undergoing in Regular Study?

My sons name is Shaun Francis Santamaria studing in St Xavier Pre Primary School, Camp Pune -41101......
We had paid an amount of Rs 300 for the entrance form. Fr Andrew took the first interview,were my son Shaun was asked several questions like which animal do you like, so my son answered snake, then Fr asked why, my son answered because it bites, Fr then asked after the snakes bites what should you do,my son couldnt answer, then Fr then asked which game do you like, my son answered Football, Fr then asked do you go to Church, which church do you go, my son answered Saint patric church,Fr then asked my son for mobile no, my son answered 8087897878 and then later he asked me and my wife some questions, why do you want this school only, we answered that my full family and relates have passed out from this school, and our elder son Gabriel is also studying in the school in std 3rd.
The second round was taken by Miss Alphanso were she asked my son Shaun to tell his name,which school he studied from,what is his teachers name and then told him to tell a story,later told him to identify the colours in the picture ,identify the differrent shapes and sizes shown in the picture ,count the number of balls shown in the picture, write the no 8 on the paper ,count the no of girls in the puzzle picture were there were boys and girl mixed.
I Francis had sent letter to various educational depatment in pune and also saw the Government officers attitude and behaviour personally which was not co-operative at all,a very bad experience in life,no value for children life at all,i didnt get any justice for my innocent child from them till now i dont think also of getting justice from them by seeing there attitude and behaviour.
I Francis told all the Government officers clearly that on the day of the report card for the upper KG, we were told by Miss Alphanso and Fr Andrew to see for another school or get your son retained in the same class if you want him to be in St Vincent School next year,so i asked Miss Alfanso and Fr Andrew to give me in writing about what they siad, they refused to give it in writting,this took place on 10th april 2012 which was totally not exceptable at all from the school side. i Francis had requested them several times but still they didnt bothered. i informed them that Admission for standard 1standard starts from the month of December and gets over by January, then why is that in the month of April you'll are telling us to see for another school, why is that you'll didnt inform the parents well in advance to look for another school.
The reply that Fr Andrew sent to all the Government Department was that he has taken 15 students back out of the 19 students who were told to see for another school,then why is that the other 4 students are left back. The 15 students were taken back only after i put an article in news paper Pune Mirror on 18th April 2012, why is that the 4 parents who were fighting back for there children right are left back and are not been taken in school back,we were the one who raised our voice against injustice that was happening with all the 19 students. Fr Andrew said to the Government Department that the quota is full there is no seat left, how can Fr Andrew do this, who is to be BLAMED for this the Zilla Parikshad or the School for not keeping the track of numbers of students studying in each class in the school,why is that the rules laid by the Government were not followed by the school,were the Zilla Parishad irresposible in doing there duty, they have played with the children life,this is not a small issue at all .........A small example to explain you--when he knows that only 50 students quta is available then why is that the school has taken more students, that is 60 students....the 10 student above dont get seats in the same school that means he is playing with the children feature,which is done intensionally (knowling) at the end the children have to suffer it is not the Fr.
The education officer Mr Shedkar incharge said that Fr Andrew told him that some of the parents brought Gundas and messed up the office, i Francis told Mr Shendkar that the Police chowky is just beside the school, why didnt Fr Andrew call the cops and got the people arrested while they were doing that, Fr is just lying and trying to divert people mind from the matter.
Fr Andrew should not be called a Father, we gave him the place of God and this is what he gave us in return, he has no sympthy nor empathy over children, he is a disgrace to be called a Father........
All the places where i have been running from 3 weeks but still i didnt get any positive responce

3) Education officer - Chauhan
4) Education Inquiry Officer- Bujbal
The reply what i got for these officer is that we cannot do any thing, such disgusting to hear that from them,these people are some where or other hand in glubbed with Father for sure, that the reason father is not afraid at all.
My main thing is to say that where will i get admission for my son in the month of april,admission are over i tried in many school,Fr has ruien my son one year he should be thaugh a lesson please guide me and help me to fight injustice,just because i put it in papers the others 15student got in or even they would not have got admission......
As per the RTE Right to Educate Fr is in fault....

I am complete my Graduation in Feb,2012 from KKHSOU (Distance Education Course) and my date of Birth is 30.09.1981 as per my School records and my actual Date of Birth is 30.09.1983 as per Local Municipal Board Certificate now my query is that can i join LLB Course
Please also tell me detailed procedure of becoming LLB.

My neighbour recently purchased a autovan for commercial use. Yesterday he handed over the vehicle to a person who does not have a driving license and unfortunately the vehicle met with an accident wherein a person got injured. The driver fled the spot and police has taken the vehicle into their custody. with is the legal consequence, will be owner he liable and if so what is the way out. please help
