hello i am a law fresh graduate
and i am looking forward to attempt Judicial exam for JMFC.
my question is as to which other Judicial exams an advocate can attempt in his life time and what is the age limit and minimum period of practice required for it .

If someone gives better written exam but get lesser marks it is easy to challenge the answer sheet & get the justice . But in case of viva/interview if any teacher becomes revengeful for some personal rivalry & gives anyone least marks intentionally ,is there any legal way out?

I have just secured admission into Government law college,mumbai for the first year of the Bls,Llb course and i was wondering weather i could do CS or any other course along with law?which other courses are available?I want to keep my main focus on law and work in a law firm from my 3 rd year so any course i do must get over within 2 years...please suggest some good courses.

college A has 16 subjects for every semester and each semester is of 6 month duration. what kind of charges can file against college for such intentional load given to student.

I started articleship on 20/4/2007 and had terminated my articleship on 31/07/2009 in which leave taken was 135 days and total period was 833 days so served period is balance 698 days of which 1/6 is 116 so 19 days is extended leave.I re registered on 01/04/2011 my articleship which has got over on 18/06/2012 with 20 leaves .What will be the excess leave calculation? Whether the excess leave from the old principal can be set off by showing less leave in the new firm?
