I have right now completed my LLB. i have confused that is there any difference between SANAD and Certificate of practice or both are same.
And right now what is the procedure for getting SANAD?

Please provide me details of registration process and BCI exam.

SIR I AM NEW TO THIS ESTEEM FORUM AND I AM VERY MUCH EXPECTING GUIDELINES FROM YOU ALL RESPECTED ADVICERS AND EXPERTS.
Sir My self is Subramanya from Karnataka and my family consisting of 7 members, i am the elder son and I have 3 brothers and 1 sister.
We are belonging to uppara caste and my father and mother both are illytrete , and my father knows litle much kannada reading and writing.
At The time of joining me to school , my father admitted to me to 1st standard with correct caste of Uppara and after completing of 1st standard, I had been shifted to another school for 2nd standard and caste name have been changed to Kuruba on the guidance of his illitrate freinds from the native town.
There after all my brothers and sisters had been admitted to schools with the caste name "Kuruba"
And last my brother is Now studying in 7th standard and his school TC Carrying correct Caste "UPPARA"
Now we are all completed education from regular course and through coresspondence cource under GENERAL MERIT and we all have not claimed "KURUBA" caste benifit any where and no one in our family is governament employee.
Now I wish to apply for correction of caste in School TC of myself and my brothers and sisters.
Please suggest me what to do and what is the procedure?. I am expecting your valuable suggestion and guidance.

one month back i was riding bike suddenly one old man came on my way and i hit him,he caused normal fracture in his right leg and later he lodged complain on me as FIR,and now i am waiting for the court summon but i don't know what to do,what judge will do with me as i m a student. plz help me out from this and give me some useful information regarding this so that i can implement in my matter.......

Dear all,
Me(A) and my Mother(B) are partners in a partnership firm (not registered) running a business of plantations.
Both (A) and (B) have demands raised on them by the Income Tax for a particular year.
NOW:
We wish to protect the property first.
We have transferred our interests in partnership firm to 2 different individuals on 1st April 2011 (before the demands were raised in december, 2011), and going to file return in their names as partners of the firm.
We need to now get back the interest in partnership in our family again. I was thinking of creating an HUF in current date under me (A) and reviving my deceased father's HUF wherein my mother(B) and me would be there.
These two HUFs will supposedly hold 50:50 shares in a newly formed Pvt Ltd Co. in current date. This company will buy the partnership interests from the other partners and therefore the business comes to us again.
Is the process fine enough? If we do this, can our interests in the HUFs be attached by creditors such as ITdept for demands raised in our (A) and (B)'s PERSONAL FILES?? Or they cannot harm us in any manner being part of the HUFs??
Was also thinking of creating a family trust wherein the 2 HUFs are beneficieries and this trust holds the shares in the new company. POSSIBLE??

Rights/benefits avail to law students
Dear Sir/Madam,
Please give a list of rights/previlleges/benefits available only to law students under various Acts like., Watch/Attend the court proceedings (though student is not related the case), Register with the court library for lending books, Visit accused in prison along with the advocates etc.
If possible please mention the section which provides such right.
