Hello Sir,
My name is anil kumar, from hyderabad, recently i was offered an admission into an mba business school in mysore. Where there is a tution fee of Rs, 10.00 lakh. Here my query is the school management at later stage they informed me that they are not starting the batch due to some reasons, So therfore they asked me to wait for next year. The whole thing is I paid Rs. 50000/- as advance to book the seat. And by the time they informed about the development, all admissions were closed in almost all universities. And i am in a position where i have to forego my year, (which is worth of a life. All my plans got destroyed and I m almost discoraged at my home, my wedding was also cancelled). For which I am not happy. And they promised that the fculty is of international. And you get international education. At the end I have decided to charge the school management a compensation through court of law. Hence I request you to please provide me the advice on this issue and the procedure to file a case on the school of managemnt and the amount of compensation to be filed.

my self jainedra sharma. i am student of LL.B-4 semester in harishchandra p.g. collage in varanasi.
sir i need your help regarding to practice. sir my education background is commerce and i make a bright futre in taxation but i am confused which place/ city is better for practice in the field of taxation ?
varanasi is best place for practice in the field of taxation i don't know,
so please sir please help me and give me advise can a student start practice in the field of taxation before passed LL.B course ?

i have recently completed my b.tech and written law set exam and i have got a rank of 5292. so please suggest me that should i continue studying law. if so suggest me which college will be better. i am thinking of studying in DNR college bhimavaram.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Please give a list of rights/previlleges/benefits available only to law students under various Acts like., Watch/Attend the court proceedings (though student is not related the case), Register with the court library for lending books, Visit accused in prison along with the advocates etc.
If possible please mention the section which provides such right.

I have right now completed my LLB. i have confused that is there any difference between SANAD and Certificate of practice or both are same.
And right now what is the procedure for getting SANAD?

SIR I AM NEW TO THIS ESTEEM FORUM AND I AM VERY MUCH EXPECTING GUIDELINES FROM YOU ALL RESPECTED ADVICERS AND EXPERTS.
Sir My self is Subramanya from Karnataka and my family consisting of 7 members, i am the elder son and I have 3 brothers and 1 sister.
We are belonging to uppara caste and my father and mother both are illytrete , and my father knows litle much kannada reading and writing.
At The time of joining me to school , my father admitted to me to 1st standard with correct caste of Uppara and after completing of 1st standard, I had been shifted to another school for 2nd standard and caste name have been changed to Kuruba on the guidance of his illitrate freinds from the native town.
There after all my brothers and sisters had been admitted to schools with the caste name "Kuruba"
And last my brother is Now studying in 7th standard and his school TC Carrying correct Caste "UPPARA"
Now we are all completed education from regular course and through coresspondence cource under GENERAL MERIT and we all have not claimed "KURUBA" caste benifit any where and no one in our family is governament employee.
Now I wish to apply for correction of caste in School TC of myself and my brothers and sisters.
Please suggest me what to do and what is the procedure?. I am expecting your valuable suggestion and guidance.
