I girl has applied for admission to two colleges in Kolkata, one of which has completed its admission procedure and will be putting up its list of successful candidates shortly. The other college will start the procedure in another 20 days. The girl if successful has to get admitted to the first college or else she loses her seat but her preference is the second college. She is a brilliant student so its sure she would be successful for admission in both colleges. If she gets admitted in the first and pays her fees but then decides to study in the second college can she get her fees back from the first. I faintly remember a court order in this regard. I may be wrong too. Please advise.

Hi,
I am a student who had just completed masters in machine design and presently working as design engineer in a reputed company. But, my interest is towards pursuing law and become an advocate. So, I would just like to know whether if I join an evening law college to fullfill my interest, Is this type of education in evening law college on reguar basis is helpful to me to become an advocate in practice or not. and Let me know whether the students studying in evening law colleges are eligible to make a practice as advocate or not?

Dear Experts.
Kindly advice the following case.
One of my friend presently working as manager in taxation. He wants to do law degree after that enroll at state bar council as advocate.
My Query is it possible?
working employee can do law degree.
If He got degree can do enroll at state bar council practice as advocate ?
My thought is some restriction in enroll at state bar council.
So Kindly advice in this regard.

This is BANDARAM.BABU,
My question is,in my SSC certificate(2009) my sur name was correctly printed but in my intermediate certificate (2011)my sur name was printes as BANDARM.BABU,and that continued in my degree certificate also.
In that time didnt consult eny one about it.Now i want correct my sur name is certificates is it possible?if yes,please give me the suggession please sir

In order to get a duplicate certificate I need attestation from first class judicial magistrate on the affidavit,is it judge of court who comes under it or any other one can attest it?
I went to the court and proceeded to get it signed from the judge but declined ,what will be another source for me,,,do help me asap

I have given STAFF SELECTION COMMISSION Junior Engineer examination 2015, in which I qualified preliminary examination (held on 31 Jan 2016) as well as mains examination (held on 24 July 2016). Results of mains examination was declared on 2nd Jan 2017 and the document verification process was completed on 3rd Feb 2017. Now it's may 2017 and still results havnt been declared although the general procedure is to declare the result within 45 days of document verification. Some of the candidates were rejected and their mains examination copies were not checked because they have done some mistakes in filling details on the first page of copy. Few of those candidates have filed case against SSC in CAT and unfortunately they won the case on 21st Feb 2017. SSC was directed by CAT to check their copies and publish result with 2 months. Now SSC says they have challenge the ruling in high court and the matter is sub judice. The result will only be declared after all the cases on SSC je will be over.
My problem is that the exam is already delayed by 2 years and is still delaying. I am a successful candidate and I have followed all the procedures and guidelines by ssc. Still because of some rejected candidates our results are getting more and more delayed. Moreover my merit rank can also decrease if those candidates come above me. Why should I suffer for some one else mistakes. Can I file a case against ssc to release our results and then go on case proceedings for as long they want. We successful candidates are at loss. We are jobless.

IIT JEE ADVANCE result stopped
sir. I am a student gave 12th cbse exams and same year qualified iit mains as sc candidate. And while registration I already have uploaded all the documents including sc certificate. My sc certificate was under process and therefore I uploaded sc certificate of my father. And after qualifying mains I gave exam of IIT JEE ADVANCE. Then 2 days before, they send me an sms. Saying to upload clear copy of sc certificate.i uploaded again my father's. Because mine was under process. But now on 11.june.2017 they stopped my result of jee advance. I called chairman of iit delhi then he said because I uploaded of my father my result has not been out. And after I told him everything I suggest to mail iit madras.i did it too. Now waiting for their reply telling them all the circumstances. Sir in this case I wanna know. Why can't I use my father's sc certificate as mine is under process and Its going to be ready within a week. I am 18.5 years old. And even I had uploaded all original documents no fraud at all. Can anyone guide me? What should I do?
