Respect Sir/Madam,
My Name is RAJPUT ARKIT HARISINH but in my Leaving Certificate and in my 10 Marksheet thier is RAJPUT ARKIT HARISIN in spelling H is missing in my father's name..so what process should i do for my New Indian Passport?

Mere father Ka mere neabour se dispute ho gya aur , mere father ne fir ki, and mere neabour ne bhi meri family ke against fir put ki, unhone mera name bhi usme put karwa diya. Phir police ne ak paper par likhwaya ki aage se dispute nhi hoga aur mere father and neabour ne sign karwa di . Mera selection govt job me hua h document verification me problem to nhi aayegi.i am in tension please reply.

My neabour dispute with my father and my father fiiled fir against them and they filed fir against my family, my name is on the fir but I am not accused. My selection in govt. Job, when document verification I am worry about my candidature please suggest.

Sir my full name is Chirag goria.In my aadhar card it's correct but in school hall ticket of std 10 and caste certificate and birth certificate it is Goriya so what should I do so that my spelling can be changed in caste certificate

I by mistake mentioned my degree details wrong while filling the ssc cgl form i wrote BTECH instead of BE in my form . Is there any way to correct it at the time of documents verification?

I have completed my MSc from Madurai Kamaraj university in distance.
Despite results announced and already one year passed. They are not sending my marksheet and certificate.
I am calling them almost daily and written email regarding issue many times and also registered grievances.
But didn't got any response.
Now I want to take legal action against the university
Please advise what to do and what will be the jurisdiction and time taken in disposal of this type of case

I got caught by rpf,for sitting in the handicapped coach and he charged me under Section 155 rpf and told me that i have to go court and pay some penalty. Sir if this happens can i get government jobs India

college withholding original qualification certificates .

I am a third year mechanical engineering college dropout student.
Since 2015 i am appearing for Second and third year exams but I am still unable to pass my examinations.
And then I decided to leave this engineering course.
But problem is this
College is not giving back my original documents that I submitted at the time of admission. And therefore I am feeling hopeless without any qualification certificates because they want to claim remaining 80,000 fees of 4th year.
Please suggest me something so that I may get my documents back
