Iam a student nd ,in want of part time job so i take a look in olx for a job ,i have found 1 job , i applyed to that job after few day i received a call and they asked mi my adhar card nd my 12th marksheet so i send them through email ....muje ye email diya or bole ki ye email me snd karo (alisha7624099591@gmail.com)...after i send them my documents they said that there will be online exam if 1 score about 70 my payment will be ₹28500 nd if i fail then they said ..to paiy ₹4500 as a penalty ..so i agreed ...they send mi one aggrement ..waha likhe tha ki ..if you fail .will have to pay ₹4500( i thought from my 1st payment) .... .so i aggred afer attending exam i thought i may pass in exam because questions were asked about computers nd iam bcca student ..but result they giv was soo poor ..only 33marks ..i dont believe because i know i have given my best anyway after that they call mi nd say that u have failed in exam nd have to paid 4500₹.......if u not pay .. court me case dalenge bole or .gujrat ana padenga case lagne ..so thats why iam in trouble plzzz help mi

hi sir my mother converted christian but my father is not converted he is hindu belongs to SC Caste but VRO did not given SC CERTIFICATE HOW I GET SC CERTIFICATE IN THIS WHO IS CORRECT ME OR VRO URGENT SIR

Hi Sir,
I qualified GATE-2008and pursued M.Tech-2008 programme from JNTU, Anantapur in "ELECTRICAL POWER SYSTEM"(EEE) which is UGC registered course.I am eligible for getting UGC stipend(8000) every month during my course period.
I completed my M.Tech course in June 2010. We got the stipend for the year 2008-2009, but still, I didn't get my stipend the year 2009-2010 (almost 1 lask rupees). All my classmates didn't get the stipend( around 100 members ).
Please let me know how to proceed in this case.

I posses two 12 the result of two different boards but in consecutive year of which I used the latter one to apply for govt job. Now in police verifications do I need to mention the details of both will there be any issue if not mentioned.
In attestation form that is for police verification we have to mention the name of school and exam passed as well as duration.so from where I passed 10th I passed 12 th also further due to low percentage I appeared again for 12 th exam from different board next year. Now in attestation form if I mention the name of school for 10 and do not mention it for 12th and mention other school for 12 th will there be any issue? And does police goes individually to schools to check details????

Iam an Govt employed and presently working as an technician on Diploma Education basis. Now without quiting my current job i want to elevate to higher posts by updating myself with higher qualifications. In this regard the AMIE courses equivalent to B.E ( Engineering graduate ) offered by Institution of Engineers ( India ) Kolkatta is the best option owing to flexibility in timings and no donations. Before my enrolment the AMIE was recognized by MHRD( Government ) and presently for those students enrolled prior May 2013 was recognized by AICTE ( Government ).
Recently Supreme court quashed the recognition of all technical courses in distance education mode. This surely affects the Passed and presently studing AMIE and AMIETE students. Not only the present students but also for new aspirants living in remote villages where daily access to Diploma or Engineering colleges is not possible. Considering all these cases, Can we appeal and request the Supreme court for justification or else supreme court judgement will be the final. Please advice us

Regarding filling up of a vacant general seat in psc exam.
In Madhya Pradesh State Service Exam, a general category candidate is vacating a seat of deputy collector post. So in normal situaiton, this vacancy should be filled from the waiting list by the candidate who has 1st waiting (Lets call him B).
But the already selected OBC candidate ( Lets call him A) in the main merit list has more marks then the candidate who is at 1st waiting position( i.e. A has more marks than B)
So, I want to ask that whether the vacant seat would be filled by the OBC candidate(i.e. A) in the main merit list by reshuffling him to the general category seat or will the seat be filled from waiting list by B irrespective of higher merit of OBC candidate in main merit list
