Correct term

If you are arguing in the Supreme Court to retain the High Court's order, what is the term you use.

Need it for my moot court competition,

Correct term

When challenging a quashing order of the High Court in the Supreme Court of India, what will be the correct term - overturning the quashing order or setting aside of the quashing order or something else?

CS Study

Dear Experts

I am an MBA finance and presently pursuing CS
certification- Executive level programme.

I am working and opted for taking the examination without coaching.

I am facing problem in understanding the subjects specially law subjects.

Kindly suggest what should be the right approach to self study.

Which subjects should be read in what manner and how much depth of law is sufficient to understand a subject in totality.

F.eg, How can one recall which Article of the Constitution or which section of particular Act says what. I understand the subject in macro but facing problem understanding n recalling section numbers and similar things.

Kindly suggest how to prepare well for CS.

Thanks in advance

Regards,
Anju

Company law

A director of a company submits his resignation from directorship of a company by giving one month's notice. His form-32 is not filed to ROC by company. Whether the director is absolved from his liabilities for future transactions?

Adoption

Respected experts,
I want to know whether it is legal duty of the adopted parents to reveal the fact that he/she is an adopted child? What if they dont reveal? Is there any difference in the rights of adopted child and other children of the same couple? Coz, usually adoption homes compel the adopted parents to reveal the fact to the child.
