For eg.if an organisation releases a periodical.The printing cost of a paper be Rs.4. If the selling price be 6 or 7 rupees.. Should all the profit earned be diverted towards charity for tax exemption? Or can any part of it be used for further printing expenses? 'll that result in taxation? Also there won't be any salary or assets purchased by the members of the organisation with this money..

Does a periodical that is meant only for school circulation require registration with the RNI??

I am a retired person fromCentral Government. I passed Law enerance test.But may office has not permistted me study as my duties involve more touring on Audit. Still I am more intersted to study this. I am a Commerce Graduate> is there any Institution offering coaching on distance education mode? If so kindly enlighten me

f any student had passed his LLB Exam in 2007-08 or 2008-09. is he also bounded to give the exam for getting SANAD.

sir my name is srikanth,and i'm in search of a job.a guy by the name rishikesh reddy approched me and said that he wil show job for me for some money.he gave me the offer letter of a top mnc and i deposited money into his account.later i came to know that the offer letter is fake.when asked about it he gave me an post dated cheque.few days back his news came in the newspaper as mastermind cheaters.i immediately went into the bank and lodged the cheque.i was shocked to hear from the bank authorities that the sign ont he cheque didnot match with the original one.i dont know whether i can file an fir regarding the cheque????http://expressbuzz.com/cities/hyderabad/uk-mba-graduate-among-four-held-for-job-fraud/176956.html

Hi,
My name is Lohith i am working as software engineer in bangalore i am 23yr old last year i completed my degree, problem is my mom has given money to one person for jobs in railways for my cousin by seeing my mom some other persons also has given to him for job around 2 years back till now the person who has taken money was assuring for job now he is abscond and everyone is attacking my mom to refund there money my mom also has lost money and they have filed a cheating case on my mom and they have included my name my cousin and my sister name, i was not knowing about this matter only as i was in college just 3 months back i come to know about this matter now i am worried a lot i have not done anything and they have given complaint on me my sis will police arrest us my mom attempted for suicide once i have lot of goals to achieve i am worried this will spoil my life if this happens i cant leave... please suggest us what we can do...

maine mulund railway station ke paas ke post office se 07/05/2010 ko 2 letter bheje thaa. jisme se ek letter ka pata nahi chala dusara letter mere ghar par wapas aa gaya us letter par kisi tarah ka post mere area ke post office ka stamp nahi thaa kyoki main thane mein rehata hoon aur maine mulund se bheja thaa. jab maine post office main enquiry ki toh kehate hai ki galti se tumhare paas wapas chala gaya. maine yeh letter job ke application ke liye bheja thaa.mera paas bheja hua letter ka detail hai. so please suggest me any legal idea.
