Reapected sir,
sir iam residing in andra padesh.i heard that in andra pradesh gazette we can change our entire name. my qulification is m.c.a, i want to change my surname and father name is it possible?
if it is possible
1)is my father goes to change his name?
2)me only goes to change?
3)if my father change his name in gazette is it usefull to change in my documents also?
4)is there any troubles we may face at district majistrate for changing like that?
presnt names:
my name:kadiri. sureshkumar
father name:kadiri.suryanarayana
intend to change:
my name:cheruku.sureshkumar
father name:cheruku.chinna mallaiah

please tell me that what was the mischief in the Amendement of sec 224 (1b) i.e. adding the proviso that the provisions of ceiling of no. of audits shall not apply to private companies??

I am B Com graduate, i am working in a company as accounts executive. now i want to study LLB, I have vision to become a eminent lawyer. Is it possible to learn LLB through Correspondance course. I am not able to go to regular classes due to my family. Please guide me sir what to do ?

I am pursuing CA from ICAI and want to pursue LLB. Please provide the name of institutions offering LLB in coreespondance.
Is MBL offered by NLS Bangalore good to pursue for better carier options? Please provide oppurtunities associated with this course.

i score 20 marks in 2nd llbpune uiversity..given for rechake .otherwise i have highter second class.i m not sure about paper cheaker.how can i ask this to uiversity.with 15 days.i can not wait till 2 month which is very late please advice.

2)pan card(kadiri.sanjeev kumar)
3)voter id(kadiri.sanjeev kumar)
i am working in company since 28 years.
ex:kadiri.sanjeev kumar
1)i want to change my surname and name
is there any problem or any cross examination to me.
if enquiry what type of enquiry i may face

2)is it reflects modification to my son's certificates with my gazette certificate.
my son did graduation.
