A 40 yer old person, well qualified in Information Technology, having over 6 years of experience in Information Technology. Due to ill health caused by erratic, night shifts, rotating shifts, long working hours, stressful environment etc. in IT industry, wants to shift to law as his profession. Willing to do 3 years LLB.
1) What is the scope in and around Delhi/NCR?
2) He is not looking for a private practice but a salaried job in some law firm etc. Is it practically possible?
3) Will the salary be something above Rs 20,000?
4) Do the law firms prefer recruiting very young people or are they open to recruiting people over 40 years?

my query is
my father running a NGO(Society)
and a/c is opened in SBI saving A/c
Presently NGO received the grant approx. 30000/- for giving to 60 ladies.
then the organisation has been issued 60 bearer cheques in the name of 60 ladies but these 60 ladies belongs to villages and they can not come to the bank.
in against 60 ladies we gone to for withdrawl those cheques the bank manager creates problem for withdrawl
then what is procedure for withdrawl those amount from bank.

Are Emails sent to the official email id of concerned officer to Government of India Departments serving the purpose of full proof of communication in the Court / High Court / Supreme Court / Consumer Forum or not ? If the officer deny for that what should be the strategy to proof thr communication between both parties ??
