i worked as a regular PhD scholar during 2013-2018. I submitted my thesis in august 2018. after thesis submission, university sent my thesis for evaluation and both experts accepted and recommended for PhD viva. due to internal politics, university is not conducting my viva.

One of the criteria to be eligible for EWS certificate is not to have RESIDENTIAL FLAT Of more than 1000 square feet..I have a two floor house whose plot size is 800 square feet...I want to know if the area considered will be 800 sq ft or 800*2=1600sq ft

i am a ca final dropout student and i have a good command in taxation i want to do L.L.B but by question is that is there any open university which provide private llb which is recognizable so in future i can do practice in in taxation and provide any representational service

In the column "have you ever been debarred from any examination or rusticated by any university ?" in the attestation form, I have not declared that I was debarred from one semester regular examination in college due to shortage of attendance, however I cleared the supplementary examination a month after being debarred from regular exam. Can there be a problem on account of suppression of factual information? Please suggest.

Hai sir , I recently joined a company , and I was there for almost a month and I felt it was not my type job and was not feeling secured so I left the job . (The probationary period was for 6 months) I mailed about my resignation to the company HR, as I got a better offer somewhere and felt safe there. Also I had received my salary for the month I worked . Now my question is what legal actions can be taken by HR in this circumstances and how can I show my innocence, Kindly please reply thanks.

Dear Experts,
Greetings of the day!
I have done my graduation with 44% marks and have qualified my MBA Degree From IGNOU with 65% marks.
Last year only I enrolled myself for LLB with one of affiliated college of CCS University.
Now, somebody told me that I am not eligible to get enrolled with BCI even after I will complete my LLB.
I am wondering how can the college take my admission in case I am not eligible for BCI registration.
Please Share your opinion. I am in a big tension. I am unable to decide should I go further in LLB or should I leave the course here..

As this BBL is a 3 year course which demands the +2 qualification as admission eligibility. .....Can I enroll to it in distance mode ..? can I take admission in any LLB college with this qualification after 3 years ?
or should I choose any other 3 year degreein distance mode like BBA/B.COM in order to confirm my LLB admission ?

Sir, i've loan from mpokket of the amount of 10000rs they provided me the loan but the agreement links was thrown as an error they doesn't shown any agreement but making us to accept that agreement for money urgency after im accepting then they are sending loan agreement to the mail sir im in with some severe health issues i payed as much as i can but my condition physically, mentally, financially so bad to repay the amount but after reading that agreement it was making so tensed please help us i cannot pay that amount in the present situation
Now they are sending legal notices from Delhi high court i aksing me to pay 15500 immediately

Can i continue my engineering while doing government job?
I am in 3rd year BE at present. My dad expired. He was in government job.So the compassionate job is available for me. But the rules is to take up job within 1 year.
My 4th year will be left uncompleted and my dad's dream was to see me graduate.
Now if i want to join govt job, i have to join on +2.
But it's ok for me. Even if i join as +2 holder, i may get upgraded later for completing engineering. But will i have a chance to complete engineering?
But i need to complete my graduation.any way i could do that?
My 3 years effort of engineering will go waste if i quit engineering and my dad's only dream was to see me graduate
But at the same time i don't want to lose job as i need to stand on my own.
Any help?
