Sir,
is evening law degree LLB 3 Year is valid for practice as a lawyer and for civil judge exam?if yes then
please give me list of evening law colleges in india approved by india?
is LLB evening LLB is valid for year 2012 also after supremecourt order as below which was given in 2006 as written in newspaper :
New Delhi, July 13 (UNI) The Supreme Court has given the green signal for running evening law colleges by quashing the Bar Council of India (BCI) resolution barring the evening law colleges as ultra vires of the Advocates Act, 1961.
A bench of Justices K G Balakrishnan, Tarun Chatterjee and D K Jain held yesterday that there had not been effective consultation by the BCI with state Bar Councils and the universities in the matter.
The apex court upheld the Punjab and Haryana high court order dated September 29, 2000 declaring amended rules 2 (i) of Bar Council Rules as violative of the Advocates Act,1961.
The apex court dismissed the appeal filed by BCI against the high court judgment.
The court also cleared the decks for disposal of applications for enrolment as advocates pending before various state Bar Councils by those who have studied law through evening law colleges.
thanks

I am an engineering graduate (completed in 2004) and we had 8 semesters in our B.E course. My 4th semester marksheet was wrongly printed so I was asked to submit it and that a new marksheet would be issued to me.
As per the instructions by university(nothing in written), I submitted my marksheet and till date I have not received updated marksheet.
I have been trying to get updated marksheet since 10 years but university is not entertaining me. They are saying that they are unable to locate the records.
I have my original degree certificate and rest 7 semester marksheets with me but now a days every company is asking for all the marksheets along with degree certificate for employment so I am really upset and in a big problem.
Can someone please suggest in this regard else my life will be ruined.
Many Thanks!
