I am 36 yrs old working for MNC Bank, I hv done my UG in Banking Management. I would like to take a law course (part time/corres) kindly advise me a suitable course which covers Property Law, law which comes u/s 138, for recovery, etc.

my post graduate in economics & B.LIB.SC will be complete in this year, both the degree through distance method & important to me for job prospectus, even both degrees registration year is different as one of duration 2 year & another one is 1 year. can i produce both degree for all jobs?

sir i had purchased a datacard of reliance to access the internet.At that time they told me
that i will get minimium speed of 300kbps but it is not so i am getting just 50to150kbps perhaps i am paying full money.so please suggest me what should i do now?

I will be completing by CA by May 2012. I am very much interested to join the Indian Revenue Services. Though i knw that i needs to give Civil services xam for being qualified as AC/DC in income tax office. But i want to start from another route that is starting from an Income Tax officer, then promoted as AC/DC etc.
So, could u plz tell me which department conducts Xams for ITO ? is this a good career choice ?

Hi,
I am writing this for my friend.His name is ARUNDEV in SSLC Certificate.But it is ARUN DEV in +2 and degree semeter marklists.Now while applying for degree certificate he was informed to change the name in +2 certificate.Can anyone pls exlain the procedures for the same as early as possible?
