respected sir,
i am in a private dental college of madhya pradesh.i have completed my BDS course of 5 years from my college.In the 4th year of my course i got failed and reappeared for the next exam which held after 1 month of previous exam and got cleared.Now after completion of my internship my college is asking me to deposit fee for that extended period i.e. half of my annual fee 1,10,000.they are askin me to pay 55,000/- and after paying that fee only they'll give me my internship completion certificate, by which i can apply for my degree and my original documents (marksheet of 10th n 12th etc).
i wanted to know is there any rule of back fee which my college is demanding for?
shall i pay that fee?

i m a final year law student and i would like to ask if somebody can help me finding an internship in some legal firm/advocate. i dont need any stipend but i wil come there attend work 4days weekdays and all sundays every month...
and i m free and work for every day 6pm to 10pm ( dont need stipend)

SIR, i APPLY FOR VIEW MY TNPSC GROUP I MAIN PAPER THROUGH RTI ACT. i MISSED BY HALL TICKET BECUASE THE EXAM WAS HELD ON 16.8.2008. TNPSC DEMANDS HALL TICKET AND ID PROOF.OTHER WISE THEY PLANNED TO REJECT MY APPEAL. i AM READY TO PRODUCT 5 ID PROOF WITH OLD EXAM HALL TICKETS. WHAT CAN I DO SIR! RTI ACT IS TOOL TO PEOPLE OR TOOL FOR THE TNPSC TO REJECT THE PEOPLE APPEAL!

I wish to clarify a doubt regarding Company closure Under FTE scheme.
i.e. A company has positive figure in its Profit & Loss Ledger after settle the liabilities excluding Share capital
Not its Statement of Account is like
Share Capital(Cr) 1500000
Profit & Loss(Cr) 2500000
Cash(Dr.) Rs.4000000
Now it wants to winding up.IS it possible under FTE?
Further it can repay the share capital along with profit?

the during cross examination victim has to prove her versions and there a competent crl. ld. Advocate will toss her versions out resulting into acquittal.
my question is what types of questions can put on cross examination to victim ?
if both the party are major and belongs from good society ?
