i,aradhana saha chowdhury(22yrs),completed my b.com(h)from calcutta university and have taken admission in sarsuna law college(3 years)for l.l.b. course.i want to do another course with l.l.b. which will enhance my future prospects in the corporate /juducial world.now in this time which curse is prefered the most with l.l.b.please sir/mam please please help me.

its a case abt silk smita movie ..Silk was given "A"certificae by the central board of film certification..they wanted to telecast on television and also the k-tv brought the television telecast rights and the film was goin to telecast on 29th july at 8pm.but on 26th july,k-tc received a letter from information and broadcasting minister,revoking the permission granted for thetelevision telecast of silk..the i&b ministry stated that the telecast of the movie was a violation of the cable tv network (regulation)act,1955 and cable tv network rules,1994..
the issue before the court are:
a.Wheather the decision of the I&B ministry to revoke the permission for the telecast of the movie is arbitrart and against the principal of natural justice?
b.wheather the probition on the telecasst constitutes a violation of the rights of the filmmakers?
petitionar:k-tv stating that the decision of i&b ministry was abritrary n against the principals of natural justice..
sir i have to support the respondant side so can u giv me the rough idea what do i speak..

ir i was doing post graduation from national institute of unani medicine bnagalore which is affliated to rajiv ghandhi university of health and sciences karnataka. sir durin my secon year i got job and join the post and after 3 years i got study leave for joining my remaining course. as the university rule for copletion for pg course is maximum 6 years and i come under the rule. as goverment is intrested to have pg in ther department. if institute dont give me permission for joining their what can i do.
when i come to join the job i intimate in the institute that i will join the course again as i got leave from my job. after giving application i join the job but no letter form institute comes to me on behalf of my application but after 9 months they give me letter that my admission is cancelled. sir upto 9 months they dont give any show cause and never intimate me but intimate after 9 months. so may i go legally gainst them if they dont join me the sad course
is their any rule whic help me in higher studies as i want to again rejoin not wasting the seat

What basically is Sec 67B and will it apply in the case of guwahati molestation case where girl in question is minor. Even if does not excite lust or induces a person in bad way?

My self Gaurav Gujrati want to ask you that I am Final year Student of LL.B from Mumbai University and i want to know that Can i give BCI Exam from anywhere India like Delhi, U.P. or i will have to give this exam only from Mumbai..?? because i am Pursuing LL.B from this University.....And if I do'nt give BCI exam so I can Apply for job as a Legal Advisor in any company in Corporate sector...??

i ahve got a moot court problem ...i have been working on it but i think some links are missing....it goes on like this....
sangeeta and ranjeet were married in 2001 they had 2 daughters ......after few years of their strained relation they quarelled regularly..one day sangeet took her elder daughter and went to her father's place ,mr.gopal sharma... ranjeet kept his younger daugter with his sister and prevented sangeeta from meeting her..one day around noon..sangeeta came to her sister in law's house and took her daughter forcefully...on this incident ranjeet went to his father in law's home and quarelled..
after few days of incident, ranjeet and gopal sharma happened to meet in a market place where ranjeet owned a shopping mart....they started quarelling and grappeled with each other ... in the heat of passion gopal sharma slapped ranjeet and said he would kill him... in a fit of rage ranjeet gave a biff to the abdomen of gopal sharma...gopal sharma was suffering from enlarged spleen..he fell down instantly..before dying gopal sharma gave his statement regarding the fight and also claimed that ranjeet had knowledge abt enlarged spleen...police arrested ranjeet and files charge sheet.... during trial an eyewitness who was friend of ranjeet stated that it was gopal sharma who slapped ranjeet and started the fight .evidence was led by prosecution in sessions court and trial court relying on the statement of gopal sharma convicted ranjeet for commision of murder and sentenced him for life inmprisonment ..
ranjeet challenged the conviction by filing a criminal appeal before the high court of j&k.....
what is expert opinion on this.....

i have to change my name in cbse 10 marksheet. i know the required documents are leading newspaper, affidavit, and photograph. i think these documents are sufficient for gazzate? but whats the procedure after that? do i fall in the category?

hai friends
iam pursuing icwai final. once i complete cwa i will join job iam very much intrested in doing llb. but my quries are
(1) whether i can do llb ?
(2) is it will be helpful to my carrer
(3) if i can do, can i do it as part time along with my job is it recognised by BCI
(4) if so plz tell me the procedure and some part colleges in hyderabad
