I am doing B.A.LL.B.(hons.)( now my 3rd year of 5 year integrated B.A.LL.B.) in a regular mode. I am preparing for civils too and taking public administration as my one of subject, for preperation purpose i want to enroll in B.A. in public administration from ignou (distance mode) this very year. Can i take two degrees simultaneously, for i wont use my 2nd degre anywhere........... guide me please..
What if bar council comes to know about the second degree even though am not using the second one. Its just to judge my hand on the subject which is not a part of our first degree (law), can on the same basis Bar Council Of India invalidate my first degree? HELP !

i,aradhana saha chowdhury(22yrs),completed my b.com(h)from calcutta university and have taken admission in sarsuna law college(3 years)for l.l.b. course.i want to do another course with l.l.b. which will enhance my future prospects in the corporate /juducial world.now in this time which curse is prefered the most with l.l.b.please sir/mam please please help me.

its a case abt silk smita movie ..Silk was given "A"certificae by the central board of film certification..they wanted to telecast on television and also the k-tv brought the television telecast rights and the film was goin to telecast on 29th july at 8pm.but on 26th july,k-tc received a letter from information and broadcasting minister,revoking the permission granted for thetelevision telecast of silk..the i&b ministry stated that the telecast of the movie was a violation of the cable tv network (regulation)act,1955 and cable tv network rules,1994..
the issue before the court are:
a.Wheather the decision of the I&B ministry to revoke the permission for the telecast of the movie is arbitrart and against the principal of natural justice?
b.wheather the probition on the telecasst constitutes a violation of the rights of the filmmakers?
petitionar:k-tv stating that the decision of i&b ministry was abritrary n against the principals of natural justice..
sir i have to support the respondant side so can u giv me the rough idea what do i speak..

ir i was doing post graduation from national institute of unani medicine bnagalore which is affliated to rajiv ghandhi university of health and sciences karnataka. sir durin my secon year i got job and join the post and after 3 years i got study leave for joining my remaining course. as the university rule for copletion for pg course is maximum 6 years and i come under the rule. as goverment is intrested to have pg in ther department. if institute dont give me permission for joining their what can i do.
when i come to join the job i intimate in the institute that i will join the course again as i got leave from my job. after giving application i join the job but no letter form institute comes to me on behalf of my application but after 9 months they give me letter that my admission is cancelled. sir upto 9 months they dont give any show cause and never intimate me but intimate after 9 months. so may i go legally gainst them if they dont join me the sad course
is their any rule whic help me in higher studies as i want to again rejoin not wasting the seat

What basically is Sec 67B and will it apply in the case of guwahati molestation case where girl in question is minor. Even if does not excite lust or induces a person in bad way?

My self Gaurav Gujrati want to ask you that I am Final year Student of LL.B from Mumbai University and i want to know that Can i give BCI Exam from anywhere India like Delhi, U.P. or i will have to give this exam only from Mumbai..?? because i am Pursuing LL.B from this University.....And if I do'nt give BCI exam so I can Apply for job as a Legal Advisor in any company in Corporate sector...??

Name mistake in marksheet
Respected sir
I have completed my graduation. The name in my final year Marksheet is 'Khan Mohd Noor Mohd Banne'. While the Name in my previous marksheet is 'Khan Mohd Noor Mohd Banne Hasan'. The thing is in my final year marksheet in my fathers name ie 'Mohd Banne Hasan', the name 'Hasan' is missing.
so please guide me what should i do should i request for other marksheet or this will do cause i do have my fathers name except for Hasan.
