I am a student of company secretary and I want to do a 3 year LLB. It not possible for me to do a regular course now.So I want to do it from distance education. I understand that I will not able to practice. But that's ok. All I need to know that by doing a LLB through distance, will it help me in my cv and also will it qualify me to join any LPO in future. I want to do a LLB to enhance my opportunity since my main focus will be company secretary. Can you please list me out the advantages of doing LLB through distance.Please get back to me on kr.biplab@gmail.com. I will be happy if anybody picks this up and solve my query. Thanks

in section 297 or in section 299 disclouser given in any financial year . my query is which financial year we are taken into consideration company's or goverment

Whether LLB can be done by distance education.
I have listen 2 years distance education is not authorized by bar council of india and cannot do practice.
Further i got to know 3 years course of LLB by distance is valid for Bar council and can do practice.
I want to confirm whether 3 years distance is valid for practice and BCI.
As i am working, so whether any class will be required to be attended in 3 years.
in Which university i can do LLB by distance in 3 years in delhi/ncr which offer distance learning.

sir I am from kerala, my son studying std 4th in cbsc school .He is needed correcrion his name in his Birth certificate then after correction in school register inaccordance with the rectified birthcertificate(after getting corrected certificate from the concerned authority).
Now in his birth certificate name as VIKAS KRISHNA(There is a anwanted space in between VIKAS and KRISHNA) The name corrected to VIKASKRISHNA as single name .may help me the way i go through and govt orders related to matter to help me

Hello,
I was selected in FCI-2012 exam conducted by SSC.My nomination(a process where SSC recommends the candidates name to the concerning body i.e FCI here for appointment) is not yet done as they have withheld me and 20 other candidates from Eastern region based on post-exam analysis where prima facie we all are suspected of committing malpractice.As per the ex-chairman verification is going on.But SSC is clearing the withheld candidates of another exam which was held much later to FCI.After final result 7 months has passed and after second nomination list 2 months has passed.95% of the selected candidates has already joined.Neither specific cause nor any time frame is given to us as to when the decision will be taken. What to do to make the process faster? Should I file a case for my seniority loss and pay loss? Kindly advise. Thanks in advance!

Greeting of the day!
I have serious question here being a law student of Final Year,Delhi University.
What to choose? LPO/Law Firm/Practice
As I have got 3 options available,let me share as well, I am 32 now,have responsibility of family financial.Till now worked in BPO/IT sector for last 5yrs.
if i think of-
LPO- only drafting,less growth oppurtunity
Law Firm- very good for me but there will be few law firm who takes fresher with good pay
Practice- going to take many years,its best but initially pay out will be very less(difficult to survive in city like Delhi)
From seniors specially ,put your self in my position,i need your guidance seriously along with Do's & Don'ts.

I have done B.com from Delhi University with 48 % marks.
Now i want to do L.L.B.
I live in Delhi and doing job.
i want to do L.L.B , so can you tell me from which college i can pursue L.L.B..
I don't know much about this course like classes and exams.Since i want to do it without leaving my job, how can i do it ?
Can i attend classes in the evening ?
Which college will be best suitable for me in Delhi first then in NCR ?
