In this suit, which is totally false, even the court fee stamp fee paid is a fraction of the correct stamp which should have been paid.
Pls guide me how I should I ensure that proper stamp fees are paid before the case proceeds further.
The plaintiff has just filed the evidence after a delay of 2 years.(after many delaying tactics and many dates)
I am facing tremendous financial constraints and this false eviction suit has been filed just to make me spend money.
I had ammended my written statement and the contention of stamp duty was taken up. One of the new issues was about stamp duty.

sir, maine 10th and 12th class year 1999 and 2001 respectively pass ki. lekin usme mere father ka name rambaboo chimnani hai jabki unka sahi naam baldev ram chimnani hai. to mujhe aap procedure bataye father name change karwane k liye.
