M/S ABC Limited has supplied 10000 TVs at Rs 10000/- per set to M/s xyz limited. The receipt of the Tv has been duly acknowledged over the delivery challan. After the expiry of two years from the date of supply, the party has issued cheques for a sum of Rs 10,00,00,000.The cheques upon presentation , have been dishonoured and no amount could be remitted to M/s ABC Limited, the supplier of the goods.

Dear Lawyers & My Dear Friendz,
My sister secured 63/120 Marks in paper I,56/119 in paper II(1 Question deleted)Thus She secured a total of 119/239 with 49.79%.As its is declared through clause III in prospectus the fraction shall be rounded of to the first two decimal places in the calculation of aggregate percentage. So her score will be rounded off to 50% as per the above condition.
The exams are conducting by LBS center for science and technology, A Government of Kerala undertaking..When I enquired with them they told me that it will not rounded off to 50 %.So I hereby request all of you to give your valuable suggestion....
Thank You.

if any evidence obtained by impersonating as somebody, suppose, i obtained some information, important for me but i cannot obtain it in my name as is the case with many R.T.I. applications from any Govt. institute (central or state) in the name of my any relative, then whether that information is/will be admissible in court or not. Is there any difference in addressing the above question in Civil and Criminal cases or the importance of evidence remains the same in both irrespective of the way it's been obtained. Please suggest some books or relevant section/s under any law specified for the matter. I've ' A Textbook on Law of Evidence by Justice Monir
