Sir,
The person is 37yrs old and completed last semester of LL.B.Just now. Took admission when he was 34 yrs.
Also he is working full time in private engineering college. (Graduation in Engineering).
If he cannot become BAR member and Practice then what is the use of getting Law degree now?
Is there any other opportunity or some other advantage?
If he does LL.M. in Bussiness Law now does he have opportunity in LAW ACADEMICS?
Regards

Dear Learned Members.
Could you send me the draft regarding below explained case...because i wanted to study the same.
A,B,C is Educational institution running a school in Bangalore. The school is admitting children and conducting classes from 1st standard to 10th standard in English medium.
The state Government has issued a circular ST-G-287-EDU-2013 to the school stating that the school should compulsorily conduct classes in Kannada medium from 1st standard to 4th standard from the Academic year 2013-14 as otherwise their license/permission to run the school will be cancelled.
Aggrieved by the said circular the school has filed a writ petition before the High Court of Karnataka at Bangalore.
Prepare arguments on behalf of petitioner and respondent.
