My name is T.JAGATH PRASANNA. I have all my id's as T.JAGATH PRASANNA but in my ssc,inter and degree certificates it is R.JAGATH PRASANNA. How to change the name in all my certificates.I finished my ssc in 2003 and inter in 2007,distance degree in 2014. Please give answer quickly and help me

I am 2nd year llb student, i want to do llm after my llb. So i want to know from were should i do llm, from India or from abroad?.. I have seen many of my seniors trying for llm from abroad university.

Iam a final year U.G student.My name is "Deepak Thakur" but in my Matric and 12th Certificates it is written as " Deepak Kumar" and on my graduation certificates it is written as "Deepak Thakur".Sir on 3rd sepember I having interview for Indian Army.will this difference in surname cause a problem ?? I also have an affidavit and copies of news paper gazette which state clearly that both the persons are same .Will these documents (affidavit and news paper gazette) be sufficient to prove that both persons are same to them ????Please Sir reply asp....

Dear sir,
I have cleared my LLB Sem 6 (3 year course) exam this may 2014. I am 26 years and 6 months old. the bar council enrollment form states as under :
"Are you more than 26 years old? Y/ N (If you are more than 26 years old, and have not served anywhere or engaged in any trade, profession or business, you have to file an affidavit stating therein as to what you were doing since passing SSC examination and how you maintained yourself till today.)
I have cleared my SSC in 2003, TY Bcom in 2008, Mcom2 in 2011 and thereafter enrolled in 2011 for LLB.
My query is : 1) can someone provide me with the draft of the above affidavit?
2) Will it need to be stamped "and" notarised? what is the procedure?

WHILE IN 10+2 CERTIFICATE IT IS WRITTEN AS DHARMENDRA PRASAD SHAW
HOW TO CORRECT BOTH NAME
AND ALSO SUGGEST THAT
WHICH ONE CAN BE RETAINED AS CORRECT NAME
