Hi,
I need an advise from the experts here.One of my acquitance has given a person a good amount of money (with lots of difficulty)Its about 3 years ,the person neither fulfileld his promise nor getting my acuitance money refunded.Its a very hard earned and headly managed money .Sometime back he has given him some cheques ,but those cheques will not work as outstanding cheques of Rs 50000 can be cleared ,also he don't have sufficient money in the bank account.
Moreover My acquitance is a bit scared of getting into these issues which involves police.Please advise him, how can gety get his money back .

I originally belong to jharkhand.I did my scooling and graduation in kolkata(1988 to 2005).I went for PG to Ranchi,completed pg in 2008.I was staying with my aunt Since 2001 at howrah west bengal till jan 2013.during my pg I was in ranchi 2005 to June 2008.I again came back to howrah.I was selected for PGDBF course and joined the course in feb 2013 and studied in banglore for the period of 9 months(till dec 2013).
Now i have been absorbed by Bank of Baroda as PO and posted in thane.I never made ration card or voter card or Adhaar in West bengal.But i have adhaar card of jharkhand.I have pan card.
Now my Problem is
As i have spent my last 5 years at my aunt place in Howrah WB,so bank have asked Howrah administration for my police verification.
They(howrah Administration) are asking for local address proof for eg councillors certificate.But how can a councillor give certificate as i have been out of howrah for almost 1.5 years.
I have bank passbook ,letter which we get with pan card,Councillor's certificate but issued in the year 2012,My college id proof containing my howrah address.
Now I am not able to understand where to go
and what to do
I work sincerely throughout my career and now i am facing this problem?

1-ex-prate order against husband UNDER sec-125 cr.p.c.
2-judgement pronounced on 6/04/2013
3-husband is not aware about litigation.
4-now before 8 days the warrant issued against him.
5-he want file revision petition along with stay petition and delay con-donation application.
IT IS LEGALLY RIGHT/POSSIBLE?

Whether Service tax is applicable for A Doctor who work in a Hospital as a PROFESSIONAL on the post of Medical Director (M.D.)"NOT TREAT THE PETIENT". At present only TDS deducted from his Professional Fees.

Father's name As per my SSLC marks card: Abdul Rehaman Have to change it to : Mehabub Pasha In my legal documents(Like SSLC etc..)my father's name is mentioned as ABDUL REHAMAN which is actually my maternal grandfather's name. So now I want change it to MEHABUB PASHA Please provide me the information & procedure to change it... Thank you.
