I am rajkamal, my name in sslc mark sheet as raj kamal, in hsc, degree, master degree, printed as rajkamal.
In sslc there is a space between raj and kamal.. SSLC Passed in 2005.
Give me good solution for that..

due to contineius torturing of my in laws i filed 498 a in police station. than filed maintanence cliam and dv. we are muslim. my husband has not told talaq any time. but my in laws claim that he told it and i am divorced. so i am not entitled for any rights. they also threaten me by telling that they will opt for 2nd marrige as muslim law permits 4 wife. every now and than they send message through third party that they will now not divorce me and my age will be lost and they will marry their son for second time. openly.
they also say that they will not pay me single penny and will harass me till sc.
i filed case. i want to know how much time it will take to get it resolved. is it advisible to file RCR so that i get chance to live with him.??
really confused??? please guide me...

This is chiranjeevi from Thirupati. I have completed by B.com(regular 2009) and ICWAI (2010).Also currently persuing Company Secretary course.
Now am working as Accounts Jr.Manager in a private company.
simultaneously i wish to do B.L or LLB in distance mode.
My question is :-
1) B.L or LLB which is adviceable to do practice ?
2) Distance education mode is allowed to do practice ?
3)What are the colleges offering such courses ?
4) What is the procedure i.e any entrance exams & how may years ?

my query is on a moot problem. Please help me to solve this problem.
Mr. Ram Kishore an advocate by profession. He fought for the protection of human rights in rural areas of Nalgonda District. He raised his voice against illegal sand lifting in the lakes and rivers and he also filed a Public Interest litigation seeking direction for the prevention of illegal sand transportation. The local area people appreciated his efforts in focusing the issue of illegal sand transportation. While this remained so, Mr. RamKishore was appointed as Commissioner for State Information Commission. Mr. Ananth , an engineering graduate heard about the social work of Ram Kishore and started agitation in public and further unearthed the men involved in the illegal sand mining activity and demanded the police to arrest them.
On 25-1-2014, Ananth, Vamshi and Mohan along with others blocked the roads leading to hospital and school zones . Police informed them about the difficulty to public by their activity and asked them to go away and clear the way for traffic flow. Ananth and Vamshi refused to listen to them and then police lathi charged and took Ananth and Mohan to Police Station and later released them. Some of the parents Association of the Schools posted mails on Social media about the inconvenience caused to the school children on the day of the road block.
The following week, they sat in front of the Revenue Office and obstructed the work of officials. Then the police arrested both Ananth and Vamshi , and later released them on bail. A few days later, Ananth approached State Human Rights Commissio [SHRC] and complained that he was subjected to torture and humiliation in the Police Station and he sought action against the police. As the matter is pending before SHRC , he filed a writ petition before the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for compensation for Rs. 5,00,000/-.
i want to know the pleas which can be taken against the respondent.Please its urgent sir i want it as soon as possible.

Hi, I am a Law student studying in second year of 3 years LL.B.
I am interested in Cyber Law.After i came to know but that PG Diploma course in any law subject is different from that of Certificate course. for e.g post graduate diploma in Cyber Law and Certificate Course on Cuber law.
I found both the courses online in many colleges.
Now , I am confused to do which course and which college. If online course is gud then i don mind studying online.
I want to know which college and which course is good one to go for and
PG diploma and Certificate Courses are same or no. If both are different which one is good.
Kindly help me to opt for best course in best college.

Dear Experts,
I want to take admission in LLB three year course. I am graduate(B.A.) with 43%(Regular) and post graduate(M.B.A) with 63%(Distance Education). kindly advise that i am eligible or not. And also advise the BCI education rule 2008 about basic qualification to take admission in LLB three year.
Note: Shridhar University & OPJS University having allowed to take admission. But Dr. B. R. Ambedkar university, Delhi University, C.C.S university having not allowed to take admission due to low percentage in graduation.

I am Anup Krishna taken education loan of amount 120000 from PNB. The duration of education was 2006 to 2010. Due to the recession in the market I did not paid the amount to the bank but paid sum amount. since 2013 I had started paying every month to the bank sum of rs 5000 monthly. But dated 18/2/15 suddenly bank took all the money from my bank account without informing me that 5000 is not sufficient as I have to pay 1 lacks at a time. I have sent a mail to the higher authority regarding this matter and called the branch manager to know why without informing me she took all the money from my account, she told me she is the owner of the bank and can do anything she want also she got annoyed to me because I had sent a mail to the higher authority what all happened with me.
Also she told that she will sent a legal notice to me stating the same. I would like to know my loan account was active and every month I am paying the amount to the bank then why the bank has taken all the money from account without informing me. I am staying away from my hometown and planned a operation in the coming week. Would be thankful to the concern person to tell me, is there any issue if i have asked the bank regarding the behavior and sudden bankruptcy which bank has done to me.

dear sir
i am married in october 2012. initially for 2 moths every thing was fine. in january 2013 my grand father in law died and my in laws came into the influece of some bawa. he told that the newly wedded wife is bala and bitted me contineously for 11 days and locked me in one room. i told my husband and i tried to explian him the same. he told he will tackle the matter. than they were follwing bawa but i was not interfering. 3 time by telling lies they took me to him but at that time i was not bitten but their unusual saying was tourturing me.
even further i continued without saying anything. they unusually doubt on me.
october 2013 they took me to bawa and that time i opposed him. i was totally fed up by this tourture contineouslly.
i want my matrimony relation to continue. i dont want break up or divorce.
so i still continued. than after as i opposed bawa my in laws started harrasing me. forcing me with all household work, not talking to me, not allowing me to talk to my parents, took my cell phone, etc... even further i continued. because i want my matrimony relation to continue.
may 2014 my sister marriage was scheduled so, i came to my parents place, they all didnt came even after contineous calling of my parents. after marriage i went their back as i want to continue the marriage. at night 8.30 my sister in law send me out of place with force. i waited that they take me in. but no they didnt. so, i went to police station. with help of police i satyed their. again in morning my sister in law and mother in law talked abused so i filed FIR in police station.
2nd june than after my mom took me with her at my parents place. i am satying with my parents since then.
i filed dv and maintenance than after. still i want reconcilement if he agree to stay away from bawa.
i also tried for councelling and mediation centre but his lawyer denied.
they are rich people we are not so, i love him and it is not his fault its just undue influence. it is difficult to be proved they have money power. i am afraid.
maintenence case ask for evidence to be provided form my side. still i am not called infront of judge.
what i should do??
i dont want divorce??
i want him to appear infront of judge but he is not coming...
summons will go to bawa and so i am worried about attack from them on my little bro and dad...
i am afraid of them to be turned violent.
we are muslim they are also threating us by telling that they will marry their son to other as muslim law permits 4 wives.
so how far it is possible.
i am ready to give up everything if he says that he will not take me to bawa again.

he is a business men... involved in cash and carry business. he owes a manufacturing unit .. earning handsome but IT return he is filling too less.
so it is difficult to predict the actual earning income...
