Hi,
I am Tarun Srivastava, BTech 2011 passout from Uttar Pradesh Technical University. Presently, I am pursuing MTech from NIT Trichy. Its placement time going on here and I am not eligible to sit in many companies because of my BTech result which is 67.56% is less that 7.0 (CGPA) (according to NIT Trichy officals). But the problem is that my BTech university is not providing me any conversion formula from % to CGPA. I have inquired from many authorized sources like All India Council of Technical Education(AICTE) about the conversion formula, and according to it I have 7.506 CGPA. But I have to produce some document here in NIT Trichy from Uttar Pradesh Technical University saying that my BTech percentage which is 67.56 is equivalent to 7.506 (CGPA).
I have tried to contact them many times but they are not supporting. So, finally I thinking to file RTI against Uttar Pradesh University asking my BTech CGPA, so that I can show their response to NIT Trichy and become eligible to sit for placements instead of loosing lots of good opportunities.
I request you all to guide me how to file RTI against Uttar Pradesh Technical University, as in RTI online website under Higher Education Ministry my BTech University is not listed.

Sir I have completed my 12th in 1989-91 session in R. K. Madhubani bihar through bihar intermediate education council patna. But now I have submit all documents with original enrollment no in council dated 12 Aug 2015 for correcting my name and father name in original certificate and marksheet. I have shocked when council saying to me that your registration no is allotted to another student that written in council TR. I have submit original enrollment no in council for varification. Till date council not respond to me . Pls help me

Hi,
I am working in Defense PSU sector unit i.e. HAL at Ojhar, Nasik .
Presently my address is Ojhar, Nasik due to my service from July 2015. and there is one KV at Ojhar.
my permanent address is at jalgaon Discrict and there is 3 KV in that dist.
i want to take the admission of both for 1st standard for next year (16-17) at Kendriya vidyalaya, Ojhar Nasik.
As per admission procedure of KV 1st standard i.e.
"Each Hon’ble Member of Parliament can refer 06 (six) cases for admission under the scheme in an academic year but such recommendations shall be confined to children whose parents belong to his constituency either by domicile or on account of having been soon-before posted there or else on account of exigencies of service, migrate to his constituency. Such recommendations would be for admissions in Kendriya Vidyalaya(s) located in his constituency only. In case there is no Kendriya Vidyalaya in the constituency of the Hon’ble M.P.(Lok Sabha), he/she may recommend these admissions in the Kendriya Vidyalaya(s) located in any neighboring contiguous constituency "
on the above clause from whom i have to take the recommendation for the admission. ( Nasik MP or Jalgaon MP) ?

Hi,

I have twin kids (one daughter & one son)both age is 5 yrs. as on date.
i want to take the admission of both for 1st standard for next year (16-17) at Kendriya vidyalaya, Ojhar Nasik.
As per admission procedure of KV i.e.
"Single girl children in class I and from class VI onwards subject to a maximum of two per section in class I and two per class in class VI and onwards. It includes twin girl children also"
on the above clause shall i get the admission because i have twin kids (one daughter & one son) ?

Dear sir, myself Dr.Ankit from Mumbai .my father has sc caste certificate of gujrat..whereas i born n brought up in Maharashtra.can i mak sc caste certificate on the basis of that? I approached many..some sayin i ll get migration caste certificate in which u ll not get any benifit of sc in Maharashtra but u r still sc..is dis true?if yes den if i get admission from any all India entrance will i get benifit of sc caste in Maharashtra?or in other state except maharashtra? I am fed up with different reviews..hop i ll get good response.

Hello sir/madam
I am selected as postal assistant in odisha postal circle against the recruitment of PASA 2013-14 by department of posts. After completion of all pre-appointment formalities i was provided inhouse training by the department at my division office Aska, berhampur region for two weeks i.e; from 23/04/2015 to 06/05/2015. But when i completed my training i came to know that the postal directorate had kept an abeyance in the process of joining on 27th april till further orders, for which i could not get my joining. But now i came to know that some candidates from different divisions of odisha circle who completed inhouse training after me got their joining in the month of may. I have all the documents regarding my selection and completion of inhouse training. I filled an rti shouting the info of candidates who got joining in the month of may. But i personally talked with those guys who got joining in the month of may so i feel the department did unfair with me. So shall i take any legal step to get my joining and if should take legal steps please suggest procedure......feeling helpless please show me right path. Thanking you in advance.

cognizable offenses and set aside orders
Please explain me the meaning of cognizable offense and non cognizable offense?
And also explain what happens when an appellate authority set aside an order?
