When i was 17 years old, one person filed FIR on section 307 against me along with my family members but later we compromised through court. Now, my doubt is am i eligible for civil service examination. Will upsc debar me because of this FIR registration. Wont Upsc give posting Once FIR is registered ???

If a proper warning is given about a dog and trespaaers wl be prosecuted...and a minor who can read the notice but still trespaases and the dog bites him..then would the owner be prosecuted???
Also the minor's age is between 7-12

My name is Ana Rafique.I got married and now staying in UAE on Husband's visa. I need to get my graduation certificate attested.
But my dob in my certificates does not match with passport dob.
My passport was prepared with my 1.adhaar card Ration card which has my original DOB of 9-3-1988.
2.And�Affidavit sworn before a Magistrate/Notary stating date/place of birth as per the specimen in Annexure 'A' by illiterate or semi-illiterate applicants (Less than 5th class.
My school certificates shows dob 9-3-1987
Which was not matching with my original dob in adhaar card so I did not provide that at time of processing passport.
Please let me know how I can get my garduation certificate attested.
Should I submit my class 10 certificates under observation to get dob changed?
If so, my address proof will have different DOB.
Please help.
