I've passed 12th class this year with 78% from Science ( Medical with Maths). Now, i am confused between LLB and MBBS. Can anyone tell me which one is better ?

I have case in lokayukta for a revaluation case. I am being asked to file document stating guidelines of internal assessment marks. Is there any document petition or we shud file interlocutory application with document? please guide me..........pls send formats of petition.....

My father name has been wrongly printed in 10 th memo so I got the same mistake in all my certificates
I asked our school principal they said that it has been corrected but not uploaded by the respected authorities
Please suggest me the legal proceedings for this

Sir I m shambhu prasad from Bihar I did my 10th class from janta inter college and after 10th did 11th also from this school . but in 11th had plan to move Delhi for medical exam preparation so I took admission in a school in 12th in gaya district but at the time of admission school asked only 10th class passing certificate as some of my friend did the same in past as in this school I have to just present for a 4-5 month attendance and I could appear for 12th board exam same way I write 12th exam got good marks . I got passed out and for god grace selected in MBBS in maulana azad new Delhi now when at the time of degree issue my college said me to bring district education officer signature over class 12th tc I came to know that school from where I did only 12th shown that I did both 11th and 12th from there when I enquire to school about it they said we have shown that u did 11th from our school and did the registration in the board by same registration no and ask me to not to worry . I know that my 12th class result is genuine and I self give exam and all that .
But experts I m worried about the thing that there is also a record of 11th from school where I did my 10th .
Its been arnd 9 year no problem I face till now as every body ask for 10th &12th board marks .
But experts kindly guide me due to the fault of school am I guilty how should deal with situation if this fact come in picture in future . or it will be beneficial for me to just forget that i did multiple 11th in same time (only in record ). As till now no problem faced .
And sir at that time my age was 17 year I was not adult so is by any mean I am gulity or part of crime if yes how to protect me from that

Dear Sir/Madam
if someone has cleared LL.B and he doing job in pvt company but he wants to practice side by side
(as an advocate )
so is there any process of getting enrolled in bar council???
Secondly if not geeting enrolled then he can mentioned as advocate on his cards and open his own company.

Sir I did my 10th class and 11th from same school after 11th I left the school and took admission in another school outside my city with a contract with school that they will mark attendance and same time I went Delhi for medical exam prep . I complete my 12th and now I completed my MBBS too .
But now when I was getting my degree of MBBS came to know that later school from where I did my 12th shows in record that I also 11th from their school .
This thing give me panic . its been around 8 years of 11th .
What should I do should I hide this fact that I did my 11th from my previous school . as later one didn't ask tc for admission . kindly give me suggestion what to do .
At that I was minor didn't aware about consequence .

Dear sir am studying 5th sem 3year llb But recently s false 506 is booked against and its pending in magistrate court after i finish my llb will this pending case create problem for my enrollment

sir i got govt job in railway in Oct 2014 when i was in last year of my graduation .i took my leave and appeared in final exam in April 2015.is my graduation degree valid?

Certificates not returned

I'm Dr.M.Mallikeswaraja , currently employed under tamil nadu health department. They demanded for my original certificates on the day of admission following which i had to do so. Now I'm in need of my certificates for applying for higher education exams. When i approached them they simply rejected stating that i'm under a bond to serve them for three years.
