YOUR EXCELLENCY,
AS I AM PURSUING MY FINAL YEAR IN LAW AND I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THAT THE DECISION OF MAHARASTHRA GOVERNMENT ON BANNED GUTKHA IS NOT IMPLEMENTING PROPERLY.IT IS STILL SELLING LIKE A HOT CAKE IN THE VARIOUS SMALL TOWN OF MAHARASHTRA UNDER THE DUE INFLUENCE OF LOCAL AUTHORITIES.IT IS CLEARLY A VIOLATION OF THE MAHARASHTRA GOVERNMENT DECISION.BEING A FINAL YEAR STUDENT OF LAW IT IS APPEALING TO ME THAT THE PANSHOP KEEPER HAS NOT A SINGLE FEAR OF LAW AND THEY ARE JUST PASSING A HUSH MONEY TO THE POLICE AND FOOD DEPARTMENT.PREVIOUSLY WHEN THE BAN WAS NOT IMPOSED THE MONEY IS GOING IN TO THE REVENUE OF MAHARASHTRA GOVERNMENT IN THE FORM OF TAX BUT NOW IT IS GOING IN TO THE POCKET OF POLICE AND FOOD DEPARTMENT IN THE FORM OF BRIBE.IT IS A FACT ON THE GROUND LEVEL,AS MY CONSCIENCE DOESN'T PERMIT ME TO FOR SUCH ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES DESPITE THE BAN.I HAVE CONDUCTED A SURVEY ON THE GROUND LEVEL BY VISITING A PAN SHOP AND CONDUCTING A SURVEY WITH A WHOLESELLER BY HIDING MY TRUE IDENTITY.PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR VALUABLE GUIDANCE ON THE ABOVE MENTIONED MATTER.

I would like to know whether the judgements can be quoted while filing the Objections in the court?? If possible may I have a draft copy of objection which mentions such precedents?
2) Is it okay to quote the legal provisions in objections?
I was reading a judgement while researching, all off a sudden I got these doubts. I wanna look at the draft and know how it is drafted. Hearty thanks

I did signature as witness for an unknown person he was applying for re-entry for registration as pharmacist,he was removed out because of no renewal fee paid on time(name has been removed under section 34(2)of pharmacy act 1948).
i seriously had no idea who the person is and i shouldn't sign it.i signed as a witness,i dont know the person at all.
UPDATE : i also had to enter my name, address, registration number, my date of renewal, renewal slip number. i didn't
gave all my details
i signed, named, addressed and gave my registration number but I didn't gave my slip number and my renewal date .
will i be in trouble?? or will it considered valid cuz i havent gave them all my details ,the form was incomplete???

My father name correct in birth certificate, voter id, aadhar card, ration card, driving license. But mistake in my school and college Transfer certificate. I asked my college authority for that problem but they told did not change. No way for this. Now what I do pls tell

I went with my younger brother to drop him at his examination center for 10th class exam on 3/10/15 as time was going to be up students were coming out of their exams and I evev shifted toward gate of center , I received my bro. He told me that umc has been imposed on me for a chit which merely lying behind me , I decided to meet a person that why he had made umc on him as I was requesting the police person on duty to let me go and meet the person but police person did not listen me and cought ,to take into custody and imposed an ac ipc188 is this mean I lost my career or I don't have noe future as I was preparing for upsc since last 2 years and am a b.a.m.s final proff student please help me I am in very trouble
