CA Regulations Act contains as follows
(2) The Council may, in its discretion, revise the marks obtained by all candidates or a section of candidates in any particular paper or papers or in the aggregate in such manner as may be considered necessary, for maintaining the standards of pass percentage provided in these Regulations.
Explanation — The term “section” used in this subregulation refers to the category of the candidates whose answer papers are valued by an examiner and such other category of candidates as may be specified by the Council.
Does it mean it can revise any students marks without any intimation and without oppurtunity of being heard is given ?
How can they regulate pass percentage, Is it a business or about a professional service ?

Dear sir,
I want get back my C.A.Final exam answer papers copy which had written almost 3 years back. At that time I have made application for recounting of marks. As a result on a whole 1 mark was changed. They send me back a Cheque for worth Rs.400 which i had paid for revaulation. And they also sent me back revised marks list. And they want me to send back the old marks list back. But I did n`t encashed DD or sent back the old marks list. Is it possible to get copy answer papers copy through RTI act now ?

Dear Experts,
I am a PhD scholar in delhi. I am very disturbed due to the behavior of my guide.
i take his work load (all the classes and labs). He do not take even a single lecture and not interested in my studies.
He do not give any guidance to me and trying to torture me in different ways.
Yesterday, he insulted me and threatened to destroy my career.
What should I do ?

Two students have filed false case of raging on my friend.. Just n argument happend ..now dis two student showing that my frirnd abused and physicaly harmed them wit 12 others. There were 15 student who saw nothing as such happend. Plus there was no injury on there body. Please help.

A tenant had availed the benefit of s.15(1), now from the ahalmad room I couldn't find the record of payment of rent, I was told that he must be depositing in DR and I came to know that tenant can deposit rent for any period ie. of 6 months at one time whereas u/s 15(1) it's stated that "continue to pay or deposit, month by month, by the fifteen of each succeeding month, a sum equivalent to the rent at that rate". Kindly give opinions.

I do respect the opinion of expert lawyers but how through public demonstration we will place this matter before the government without having any strong support NGO,Political Party and other media like newspaper.Will you please assist me in the battle of eradication of Gutkha completely from the Maharashtra by creating some Registered Anti tobacco campaign to raise our voice to protect the health of citizen.It is just a new battle for the whole Maharashtra to awaken their eyes for the new coming generation not indulge in such toxic product.

Pls tell me time limit filling of civil writ against wrong answer key of completion exam. Department has been given posting in sept 2013 by wrong answer key. Whereas department not issued any answer key. We have get answer key by rti now. Pls suggest me
