Sir i have sign a bond service of 5years after completing my mbbs.now i want to study for my entrance exam to go for higher studies.Is there anyway i can go for my studies without paying bond break money which is 30 lac.which i am not able to pay right now.plz help

If a student is doing a masters course regular from Mumbai university then will it be legal for the student to do another masters course in correspondence from some other university like annamalai .
Is there a limitation on how many distance courses a student can take along with a regular course.

Sir currently I am doing training in bsf from past 3 month and I have been selected in central govt again in same grade pay 4200 in cisf.How can I resign without paying or pay protection.Sir whether I can apply for technical resign or some other method so that I would'nt have to pay my training charges nd save my money.Plzzz give ur valuable suggestion.Thanks in advance

My cousin name is Faisal Bin Mohammed, He has passed SSC from the then AP board (2002).
His name on certificate is MOHD GHOUSE PASHA. Can he change the name to Faisal Bin Mohammed?
And The school in which he studied is not functioning now.

I'm a muslim legally I got divorced now I want to marry a person whose wife cannot give birth to a child through doctor consultant .my father is saying to that man to bring his wife or her mom or any person from wife's family infront of every one say that u can marry a woman becoz I have a problm until that my father doesn't take proposal further is right or wrong I don't know.my father fear for future problms or she will make a drama infront of evry one on marriage so I seek advice what islam says as per law ? Dear all,
I am studying final year in RGUKT where they are following different grading system resulting failure of many students even though they have got enough pass marks. again grading is not equally distributed among subjects as well as among students.
Many pupil are suffer from this system. it's not transparent even. Even there is no opportunity for revaluation. no issue of full details about all internal and external exam marks. I want to file a case against this examination system. kindly help me where to file and how to file and what are the charges and conditions.

Mistake in cast certificate in my first name.
Dear sir,
This is Sahadev Bade, I applied a job in Maharashtra State government and fortunately I got selected for the same. But I realised that there is a minor mistake in my cast certificate where Sahadeo Bade is mentioned on Cast certificate instead of Sahadev Bade and cast validity also done with the same name i.e Sahadeo Bade. under this situation what should I do, I prepared Affidavit and Gazzate as well in advance as a precaution. But I still afraid if they refuse to accept this then what should I do??.
kindly suggest me a better solution and guidance is required!
