Limitation period for recovery suit by bank

Respected Experts,
Bank extended loan to a person for purchase of a new car which was hypothecated with bank. The balance & security confirmation was also made by the borrower before expiry of three years from date of sanction of loan. Thereafter there was a default in repayment of loan amount.
My queries are as under: -
1. The period of limitation to file suit for recovery will start from the date of balance & security confirmation by borrower or from the date of last payment made by borrower?
2. Is the date of account becoming NPA relevant from the point of limitation?

Actually, the three years period has already elapsed from the date of Balance & security confirmation by the borrower and the bank has not filed the suit for recovery but the date of last installment & date of NPA is within the period of three years.
Is bank legally empowered to file suit for recovery or its right has been extinguished by Limitation Act?
Please cite relevant section of limitation act in the context.

Maharashtra coop society act related

how long civil matters go on. It is suspected that each time the case is listed, the opposite party tries to bring influence by bribe or inducement to lower level officials and shifts the case to another date. Can this go on indefinitely.

Road entry from my land

Our land is touching hill side road. It is almost rectangular in size and is around 600 meters long along the hill. So it is blocking entry to the farms touching other side of my land. Since last 30 years we have allowed other farmers to use a 3 feet wide road which go across our land. My question is , Can other farmers legally demand for more wide entry road (free of cost) across my land. (Wide enough for a Truck) as they do not have any other entry road to there farms.

Motor vehicle accident and insurance claims

sir, i purchased a honda mobilio on 18 may 2015, with iffco tokio honda assure cashless insurance. at that time i was given conditional RC by the dealer. my vehicle met with an accident on 21st june. i gave the vehicle to the service center in hyderabad same day. but once i received my RC , it shows that road tax (lifetime) was paid on 29th jun 2015. for this reason insurance company has raised an objection and the vehicle is still in the service center. please guide, whether i am liable to get the claim from the insurance company or not? also as a customer, i paid the total amount including taxes on 18th may 2015 itself. so, the delay is because of either the dealer or the DTO office. what are the options available to me?thanks and regards

Advocate in full time employment

Respected Sirs/ Madams/ Seniors or Dear friends,

From the provisions of the Bar Council of India Rules, it is clear that no advocate is entitled to practice the profession of law while he is in full time employment with an organisation. If he takes up any full time employment he is bound to inform the same in the state Bar council and surrender his enrollment card.

But how far are the State Bar councils serious in this matter?

What measures do the Bar councils take to weed out such fraudulent practitioners?

There are certain benefits provided by the Bar Councils to the enrolled advocates but if the Bar Council is not serious about such fraudulent practitioners who enjoy the benefits of the council then how can it do justice to those persons who are strictly adhered to the profession of advocacy?

How much of quality service can such practitioners offer by sailing in two boats at the same time to their clients who entrust on them in the pursuance of justice ?

I am left out with no answers to the above questions when I sent an email to a state Bar Council regarding the above issue about a practitioner who is indulged in both practicing and full time employment with an organisation. I did not disclose the details of the advocate in the email but mentioned that if there is reply then I would go in person to give the details but, no response from the Bar council.

Expert views on this issue are awaited.
