Main v.gopinathan south western railway mysore division main 1900GP par september 09 2014 se work kar raha hoon mera selection RRB banglore se CEN 04/2012 ke andar hua.mysore division main joining se 9 month pehle janaury 2014 ko maine CEN 01/2014 technician3(1900GP) ke liye RRB chennai ke liye apply kiya aur june 15 2014 ko RRB exam likha.application fill up karte time aur exam ke time maine mysore division join nahi kiya tha isliye application par maine col 8 main non govt empoyee par tick kiya.mysore div join karne ke 3 month baad december 08 2014 ko RRB chennai ne CEN 01/2014 ka result declare kiya usme mera naam additional candidate or waitlist main tha aur muje RRB chennai ne document verification ke liye 23 janaury 2015 ko bulaya tha.verification karte time RRB chennai main muje ek form fill up karne ko diya usme name,father name,DOB etc etc the usme ek important point tha ki(kya aap present govt servent hai) us ke samne maine nahi par tick kiya jo ki ek false statement tha agar main haan likhta to RRB mera document verification nahi karta aur mysore div se noc le kar aane ko kehta aur mera naam bhi waitlist main tha jisme job milne ki koi gaurantee nahi hai.RRB chennai ne april 2015 ko first final result declare kiya us first list main mera naam job ke liye conform ho gaya aur mere home town chennai perambur carriage workshop main allot hua.mera plan mysore div se absent ho kar chennai main join karne ka tha.chennai workshop main present job ke bare main kisi ko kahe bina maine medical fitness test pura kar liya aur fit bhi ho gaya.chennai workshop se join karne ke liye ek letter aaya us letter main 15 july 2015 ko office main report karne ko kaha gaya tha.
Us time muje laga ki main kuch galat kar raha hoon.uske baad chennai workshop main jakar workshop personnel officer se mila mere saath jo hua maine sab kaha WPO ne muje mysore div se in 3 option se koi ek le kar aane ko kaha

2)Technical resignation
3)Resignation
Technical resignation ke liye maine mysore div main apply kiya vigilance clearence hone ke baad SR DME ne mera application accept nahi kiya.aur Resignation kar ke jane ko kaha.
Agar main mysore se resign kartha hoon aur achanak chennai workshop ne muje lene se mana kar diya to main kya karunga muje bahut dar lag raha hai.
Please muje guide kariye chennai mera home town hai meri widow mother chennai main akeli rehti hai.

My client has paid to a firm Rs.1,00,000/- by becoming a member of the club, and has not availed any facilities from the club till date. The firm has also agreed to give special offers by way of allotment of land to my client which has not been adhered by the firm so far.
My clients wants to get the refund of Rs.1,00,000/- by filing a case under CpC/consumer addressal forum for the recovery.
My client has paid Rs.1,00,000/- in 2007 / 2008 is there any time limitation to file the same if so what is the period

Dear All,
I am presently living in Luanda, Angola. I provided guaranteed to my company to relieve one of my friend on emergency situations. I got it in writing from him that on a given due date he will return the money. After reaching India he is not responding to my attempts to get back my money. I am attaching the the written document accepted by him. Please guide me what can be my legal stand at India.
My help to my friend made me to suffer. Please provide your advice to proceed further.

Dear sir/madam,
I've purchased a 2 BHK (saleable area -985 Sq.ft) apartment at Chennai. The total no. of flats is 144 (its a combination of 2bhk-48nos. uds-519 Sqft. 2.5bhk(saleable area-1313 & 1330 sq.ft.) -48nos.uds- around 700 sq.ft & 3bhk-48nos uds- 800 sq.ft) the building is 4 storeyed.
Each apartment is given 1 vote.
As one year maintenance period by the builder is about end by this December an association was formed & the same is being registered with the registrar of societies.
In the bye laws formed the maintenance charges has been fixed as same for all the apartments irrespective of the sizes & true copy of the same has been registered with a provision that 2/3 majority is required for any amendment.( that which is not at all possible as all 2 BHK's put together constitute only 1/3 of the strength in our apartments)
Though there is greater DG backup of 1000w for 2.5 & 3 BHK owners but only 500w for 2 BHK.
Upon rising the question regarding the basis of maintenance charges the association replied that it is based on majority decision, the act was framed in 1994, 21 years old hence not relevant to the present case & all are enjoying the common areas, 2.5 & 3 BHK residents paid more corpus fund than 2 bhk.
But the association is contesting that it's a majority decision. further it is informed that the byelaws will override the TN apartment owner ship act.
building bye laws is final though it contradicts the provisions of the act.
Is this reply tenable as per law, what can be our next course of action Please advise.

I was worked in private Limited company .I joined this company on 6th Dec- 2010 and my last working Day was 21st of May 2015. I had worked 4year completed and 166 Days in fifth year. Company (Factory) not paid Bonus to the employees . Can employees not worker ( Basic more then 10,000/-) eligible for any type of bonus/Ex-Gratia . company in profit always …
