would like to know if the supreme court judgement on parking issues in co-operative housing societies is applicable for societies formed in 1979? there are few members who claimed to have purchased stilt parking space from the developer by registering an agreement. is this valid? they are now demanding that they need unrestricted drive way leading to the stilt parking and no cars should be parked which would create inconvenience to them.
Instead of constructing a septic tank inside their own plot/house as done by other residents in an unauthorised colony; they have constructed it on a public road. Delhi Jal Board are laying water connection pipelines in the colony but instead of breaking down the septic tank and blocking it by filling up earth they have inserted the water pipe through the septic tank. This was brought to the notice of the engineer of the contracting firm entrusted with the job of laying water pipes but he ignored the residents. It is feared that human waste may corrode the PVC water pipes and may seep into the pipes thus contaminating potable drinking water. Please advise.

Sir
My query is regarding an HUF account.I want to know that our HUF comprised of four members - my husband and myself and our two kids who are minors. My husband passed away recently leaving three of us behind.I assumed the role of the Karta (female) being the only major member and got my bank a/c Karta changed. Now my question is that my elder son would be major next month. Now with him becoming major can I assume the role of karta still or legally he needs to become the karta ?If I continue as a karta will there be legal problems ?
My second query is that If I want to close the HUF in respect of my husband passing away, can I do that without much problems ?If yes, then how can i use that amount invested in HUF ?Can that money be easily transferred to my name or are there any restrictions ?Some of our property is also in name of HUF - can that be transferred to my name or my sons name ?
Please help me out with these queries as there is not much information regarding HUF and there is a mixed review from all with no confirmed legal aspects.

I am the owner of flat of which deed of allotment was registered in 1996. I had paid the stamp duty at that time. I would like to ask that at this moment the sale deed is necessary or not.Whether Mutation can be done on the basis of registered deed of allotment?
When there is no dues outstanding from the flat owner by coop housing. Is it not the duty of Coop Housing Society to make the Sale Deed?
Please clarify to know the duties and responsibilities of Coop Housing Society for arranging Sale Deed when there is no dues outstanding from flat owner.
